Dont be nervous. At the end of the day, its just you having fun with your friend(s) and the camera just happens to be sitting there. We pretty much act like we do in real life just we leave the camera on lol. Just relax, unwind first, leave the camera rolling while you're preparing and it will come naturally. if people can tell you're having fun they'll enjoy it too xxxx
