Its time for all ethnic groups to admit to the tragedy, admit there were wrongs on all sides, and the serbs to take responsibility for their aggressions. No one should be punished now, because it will lead nowhere, noone will win all that would happen is the West would blame whoever starts the aggression and possibly launch sanctions or airtrikes against the aggressors. Look at the current demographics of Bosnia, muslims have been removed from almost ALL territories controlled by the Republika Srpska, and while many serbs left Bosnian territory many still live there. Yes, following the Serb attempt to ethnically cleanse Bosnia and connect Serbian Bosnia to Serbian Krajina there were attacks against serbs like Operation Storm. Disgracefull but in no way does it excuse the Serb aggression and Milosevics provocation's which led to this tragedy.

The election to seperate from Yugoslavia was peaceful and the Serbs boycotted it, Milosevic had consoliddated the military, and voting power to Serbia and promoted extreme nationalism amongst Serbs and took the opurtunity to convince the Bosnian-Serbs like the Croat_Serbs to arm them and create an "ethnically pure Greater Serbia" Visegrad killed 2,000 muslim men whose bodies were dumped in the Drina river and women were taken to Karemens house to be raped.

There is no reason for the US to take sides against Serbia, when in 1993 the US was bombed by muslim terrorist.
