  • mribew2011 u guys r a bunch of scabs cause when we were on strike. 164 companies like millenium for example were out crossing the lines and putting in telephone poles (linemans job) while we were out on the picket lines. THATS a SCAB to me if one union is on strike WTF should another union come in and do the work. now dont come to me and tell me like these jerk offs did and say you guys were on the bench for months.

  • unions by definition fall under the RICO act

  • pnhavoc99 why are we a bunch of scabs? Do you know what the true meaning of a scab is? I didnt think so.

  • Lol don't know why anyone pays attention to these union haters they are all probably unemployed and collecting leave em alone n ignore these retards we have work . Get a job dickheads preferably union

  • Ibew Local 164 a bunch of SCABS you should all be stripped of your union cards jerk offs

  • @USASecretHistory Can someone pass the ducktape to me please!!! Once again Mr USA speaks and messes on himself...or herself. I'm not attacking the union....only YOU! Telling me to shut my f'ing mouth and calling me an A hole only proves more duck tape is needed. Gates paid his people VERY WELL so why attact him and the others? Buffet pledged his BILLIONS to charity so why is he on your list? Because they made their money via non-union jobs? Software designers and brokers make big time $

  • you guys lost. I work for a real union, not a fake one called 827. I work for 164 and they would not out up with the stupid things you guys walked for.

The worst part of this whole thing is that you walked for two weeks and then begged to come back. The company should have locked you out for good, then they should have gotten some real union tech's out of another hall. In fact they probable could have gotten a third of the tech's from my hall and gotten all of the work done in 1/2 the time.

  • you guys lost. I work for a real union, not a fake one called 827. I work for 164 and they would not out up with the stupid things you guys walked for.

The worst part of this whole thing is that you walked for two weeks and then begged to come back.

  • Once again your facts are wrong! The union did not cave! I have an insider and have more info than you could calculate in that tiny brain of yours! I know the truth and just laugh at all the made up comments that all the union haters make! Have a great day clown! I have work to complete!

  • Superbrownnoser-you really need to get facts straight. They can layoff union employees that have a service date starting after 2003. As far as victory goes this is the start of it because the company realized that they need us because of the poor sericethat was being provided without us. That is a fact! Check with the P.S.C. and the fines that have been given to Verizon!

  • @vern8967 So tell me just how many union emp have been laid off?? And VERIZON DOES not need you! You and your union pals were terrified of losing your health benefits. You and your union bosses balked, and lost all bargaining power. THATS A FACT!

  • Too much noise and too many distractions to speak about all the concerns that are so very important to the workers. The wonder is why Verizon did not resolve this contract renewel back in June 2011 to avoid so much disturbance in innocent people's lives. Seems irresponsible..

  • So tell me all you union folk. Just how many of Verizon's demands have been removed to date???? Oh, right NOT A SINGLE ONE! What a huge victory.....

  • The gap is because the rich keeping taking from the lower class and when the lower class ask for something back the rich cry! The gap between the rich and poor hasn't been this bad since the 1920's. I am not saying just take from the rich but give the working class what they deserve! Why does the middle class pay taxes and the wealthy don't?

  • Not everyone can owner their own company and I am all for someone making money for themselves but when is enough enough when they are making it off the blood and sweat of others. That is what unions are for and this country needs more to keep a balance between the rich and the middle class!

  • @vern8967 What balance? You mean taking more from the rich people in order to close the gap?

The gap between the rich and the poor is meaningless. You shouldnt be trying to bring the rich down, you should be striving to have each and every class benefit!

  • Both corporations and unions have influence on Congress. The reason unions are here are to protect the little Guy that doesn't influence Congress so corporations can't keep sticking it to the workers that make then their money!

  • And Verizon was the reason there was no bargaining to this point. Tell the truth! We are going back because of the public out cry that they were not getting any customer service and had no service. Just more management bullshit from you! Unions are here to stay and will only get stronger after this is over. You need to find another job!

  • @vern8967 Exactly!!! TELL THE TRUTH! NEITHER SIDE WAS BARGAINING!!!!! STOP SPEWING BIAS BS! YOU ACT LIKE YOU BELOVED UNION IS FAULTLESS!

  • Hey superbrownnoser! Stop talking out your ass you smell like corporate greed! For 1 only about 2% of Cwa Verizon employees are not vested because Verizon's has already laid the other ones off before the strike.

  • @vern8967 Laid off my ass! Your current contract, which has been extended has a no lay off clause in it!

  • You are going back to work because enough of you were scared about losing benefits and having money yanked out of your 401K's(because you weren't fully vested yet) that you started DEMANDING that you UNION actually start bargaining! Up until this point....your Beloved Union was keeping you in the dark!

  • @SuperUnionbuster You hit the nail right on the head. It's funny how the unions are declaring some sort of victory about this. Verizon hasn't removed on any of their demands.

  • Unions are going to the wayside. Its not a matter of IF....its a matter of WHEN. The unions do not have the financial power to compete with Multi-National Corporations.

  • Didn't know this was a spelling test! Sounds like hatred a d jealousy to me! You hang in there buddy one day you will leave your mom's basement. I work my ass off every day and do more by noon then you can do all day I am not afraid to work and have earned everything I have and proud of it!

  • Really jme! That's all you have to say! Give it a break with all the government waist and you say that! I know one thing! Management cost Verizon alot of money cause it will be overtime out the ass when we go back Tuesday! Later hater!

  • @vern8967 It's spelled waste. A lot is two words. I see how much time and money the union workers where I work waste.

  • I'm so glad I'm non-union. Couldn't imagine walking around all day with a sign around my neck for on money.

  • @jme6141994 You are really stupid. But you probably learned this shit in business school or even in the public or private schools.

  • @USASecretHistory I was stupid when I was younger because I skipped lots of my business classes and partied too much, but I;m not stupid anymore. Not stupid enough to be a union worker.

  • Comment removed

  • @jme6141994 Oh right. Union workers are stupid because they earn more than their non-union counterparts. That makes sense. I would rather be a non-union member so I could get paid less. By the way the Bureau of Labor Statistics noted that union members get paid about $20.65 an hour while non-union members receive $16.42 an hour. By the end of an 8 hour day the union member will receive about $33.84 more than his/her non-union counterpart. Pity the 92% of Americans who are non-union.

  • @USASecretHistory If there's another walkout you need to stand down and just walk the picket line with ducktape over your mouth and not write in public.....

  • @123freeme Ah you need to shut your fucking mouth. If the union leaders would spend more time getting this word out to the public I wouldn't be pointing it out here. Since they're not doing there jobs I have to do it for them. Those stats are public record. So instead of attacking someone who supports union members, the poor, minorities, and public employees go attack the oligarchy, Bill and Melinda Gates, the Rockefellers, Warren Buffet, or some other rich prick. Asshole.

  • THE STRIKE HAS CONDITIONALLY ENDED! I would like to thank all that supported us through these tough times including the good lord above. The battle is won (for now) but the fight still continues and we will still continue to fight for workers rights everywhere. Again thank you for all your support and generosity!

  • Back to work Tuesday

  • Champ!!!! Your talkin to somebody that doesn't have a problem w/ the union. We understand about the strike fund. Our problem is with someone wanting to take things away and there is no sacrifice on the other end of the table.

  • Back to work on Tuesday brothers and sisters! The public awaits us!

  • @vern8967 How much overtime did you cost local governments so they could have a police presence to keep the peace?

  • Low life trash in the streets. If they were so smart and better than anyone else why dont they start their own business? Why suck off the ideas of others then demand top end pay for a shitty job they are doing running verizon into the ground. Unions are nothing but bitter drunks, dopeheads and lazy people demanding they do no work for high wages. Unions suck and the people are worthless that account to nothing.

  • 11 more days until benefits run out.

  • SuperCockhead, Im gonna let you in on a little secret. There is almost 500 million dollars in the strike fund. Go back to sucking Lowell and Ivans cock.

  • What a douchebag! Just give them what they want because they are not asking for more than what they had.

  • Is that to or too or two? The grasp of the English language is essential for any upwardly mobile Verizon employee. Please master it's use before you sign off on any of your reports. I am getting tired though. This is getting dull.

  • Your terms of endearment for me are flattering. You can tell now.

  • As seen below, this is your typical Verizon manager.

  • @3threethings No pretty lady....I am a NON-UNION, HOURLY employee. Why do you think I get so excited about my 64hours of OT. Say it with me...."TIME AND A HALF!!!!"

  • @SuperUnionbuster Because you've you never seen that kind of money before??

  • @3threethings Oh sunshine.....you fail miserably at having a debate! Its probably due to your lack of education.

  • @SuperUnionbuster We'll start with the basics.... 1+1=2, 2+2=4. 35,000 x $200= $7,000,000 a week, which equals $28,000,000 a month, which in turn = UNION BANKRUPT before you know it.

I know I got a little advanced for you in the end....but I think I dumbed it down enough for even you to comprehend!

  • @SuperUnionbuster I'm not on that train. WOOT WOOT

  • @3threethings Your arguements just keeping better. You REALLY are a mental GIANT! FAIL!

  • @SuperUnionbuster FAIL!?? Did you regress to your childhood ? What's next EPIC FAIL ??

  • @3threethings You just can't even keep up. Have you ever won at anything.....because you are losing this debate miserably. Most people know to quit when they have lost....you are obvioulsy to stupid to know any better.

  • How are you old timers feeling now that walked out and figured you could just retire if things got too tough? Now you are finding out..."What what!!?", "What do you mean I can't have a lump some payout!?", "It's in the contract that I can!!!!", "Oh wait it expired.... oh crap..."

  • WAS a Marine

  • 12 more days till benefits run out.

  • @RightReb and 11 more days until they start crossing the picket line in DROVES!!!!!

  • @SuperUnionbuster I can't wait to come back to work and hear my "boss" do his usual whine "It's not me-it's them I know it's insane but please, they're looking at me" Are you my "Team Leader ?" I can't keep track of all the one's I've had so far. Is it you ?? It is important to me. What do you have against Veterans? WOOT WOOT was a Marine. WAS a Marine. WAS. WOOT WOOT.

  • @3threethings I don't have anything against Veterans! I am one. FYI....princess....ONCE A MARINE....ALWAYS A MARINE! There is no "was" as you put it! Get your facts straight jack wad!!! And don't you mean "IF" you come back?!?!

  • @SuperUnionbuster Honor Courage Commitment

  • @3threethings let me guess.....you do call center work....and have ZERO technical skills. You just try to sell FiOS and DirectTV!

  • @SuperUnionbuster WAS A MARINE !!!

  • @3threethings "WAS a Marine" says the guy who was never man enough to sign up and FIGHT for his country!!! You're welcome by the way for being one of the many who have fought to keep your coward ass safe!!!

  • @SuperUnionbuster Semper Fi or the Verizon Credo , "Brother"

  • @SuperUnionbuster I agree! that is If there are any that can think for themselves. Of course the union wants them all to be ruined it gives them leverage to try to keep whatever power they can.

  • @RightReb Hey SuperUnionBuster I don't think RightReb shares your values. Veterans Day a choice. She's got her own Corp values. One day for remembering you is a choice all Americans should have. Not me .

  • @3threethings Oh princess.....I don't need Veterans Day off from work to be honored. I don't get honor/validation from other people. I served my country hororably! Thats all the honor and validation I need.

Obviously you on the other hand need a day off for the work that other men and women are willing to do to protect your freedom.

  • @SuperUnionbuster Hey you said horarbly. I think you mean honorably.

  • @3threethings ahh goo goo gaga maybe your mommy put you down with a baba and blanky because you all upset because no body agree with you.

  • Typical union worker......willing to ride on the backs of those who have done all HARD work....so you can have it easy and do the bare minimum.

  • @SuperUnionbuster You are an asshole. But that's good. Because people like JPMorgan and Bank of America are looking for some. And people like you just take it. Guess what these companies have that you probably don't. They have a lobby. Their lobbyists are the ones who write the laws. The congressmen actually let these pricks use their congressional offices to write legislation. Congress is supposed to represent the people. But now it's a whorehouse.

  • @USASecretHistory Truth hurts sometimes! Go ahead and let someone else pave the way, so you can sit back and do nothing! I'll take my 2 HUMONGOUS OT checks, while you collect your $200! If you think you are anything other than a union bitch....you're just kidding yourself. And your kids see it too!!!

  • Honor, Courage, Commitment....you're going to have to come up with a better arguement than that. You're so cute....I just wanna put you in my pocket!!!

  • LETS GET REAL!!!!! IF THEY BREAK THE CWA UNION GUESS WHO'S NEXT.........EVERY OTHER UNION!!!!!!!! THEN CORPORATE AMERICA WILL DECIDE....HEY LETS TAKE "WEEZSPAM's" JOB AND LOWER HIS PAY BECAUSE WE CAN AND THAT'LL MAKE THE STOCKHOLDERS HAPPY AAAAND MY $20 MILLION DOLLAR BONUS HAPPY!!!

  • @vashon418 -- Fine, I hope they break all the unions. They have become a drain on society, causing lots of businesses to shut the doors or declare bankruptcy. How about turning some of your anger on your Union bosses? They take your money, your mandatory "protection money", and use if for their own extravagant lifestyles and send it to their Democrat operatives in DC. Where are the picketers against those that spend your union money without consent?

  • weezspam .<--Follow this advice and everyone is screwed but the owners. In a right to work state only one thing goes on screw the low man on the working line. If they don't want to work for what I offer, fire them and hire someone @ a cheaper rate. Then what do you do? Because you can buy so much groceries with pennies. The verizon workers (Union thugs as you call them) are only trying to keep what they already had in a contract, and poor VERIZON just too BROKE to live up to its agreements.

  • @Prisonwkr -- "... In a right to work state only one thing goes on screw the low man on the working line" ... and how would you know that, being that you are one of the union lemmings? We are doing just fine without unions. The lack of unions allows the high performers to advance, and the low performers to be removed. Unlike the union environment where low performers are treated the same as the best performers. Sounds a little like socialism, doesn't it?

  • Such false concern, lowell mcwhatever. Who is trying to make a name for himself? Unfortunately, I think this will leave a bitter taste in mouths of many long after this is resolved. Impacting moral and relations between workers and Verizon for many years to come.

  • Scabs are pawns being used for a race to the bottom. Traitors to their children, their God and their class

  • @queerveganliberal seriously.....stop quoting Jack London already! Be more original....come up with something on your own!

  • @queerveganliberal you forgot " whore for the almighty american dollar".

  • All of you scabs are scumbags. Suck on that as you cash your paychecks for doing my work.

  • @MegaArmyof2 You walked off the job.....Its not YOUR work anymore! I have direct deposit....so I don't need to cash my paycheck! Poor little girl upset you don't have a paycheck right now!!!

  • @MegaArmyof2 you'll be one of the first crossing on the 11th day! I guarantee it!!

  • @MegaArmyof2 i do it better than you ever could. hell i might even file workman's comp claim for a back injury cashing my big ass $8000 a week paycheck because it's so heavy. carrying you union garbage maggots sure is hard work.

  • NONE OF THEM WILL CROSS THE LINE ON THE 11TH DAY !!

  • @birdman273 Oh....I wouldn't be so sure about that. Your foundation and solidarity isn't as strong as you think. The lock out is coming!

  • Too bad we can't actually hear what he's saying. Next time turn off the comments. I'm sick of the anti-union trolls.

  • Hey Lowell, why don't you post all the demands so the public can see what they are. I heard about losing a couple Holidays-one of them was Veterans Day. True or Not? I guess all you managers would lose them too.

  • @3threethings Anyone with the ability to read knows it's true and MLK day. Taken away and givin back as floating holidays to use whenever you want. That way the offices are not gutted on those days. if you desire veterns day off then use the floating holiday to do so.

  • @RightReb U.S. President Woodrow Wilson first proclaimed an Armistice Day for November 11, 1919. In proclaiming the holiday, he said "To us in America, the reflections of Armistice Day will be filled with solemn pride in the heroism of those who died in the country's service and with gratitude for the victory, both because of the thing from which it has freed us and because of the opportunity it has given America to show her sympathy with peace and justice in the councils of the nations."

  • @3threethings once again. If it's important to YOU to have that day off, then use your floating holiday to do so.

  • @RightReb How about veterans get veterans day off.

  • @EMFinduction If they want it, sure why not? What's your point?

  • @RightReb That was my point.

  • You shouldn't confuse my prudent brutal honesty with empathy. I see no other group of people more deserving of what is coming to them. As the outsiders line up more than happy to take their jobs from them. The management and the western (former GTE) union "brethren". Are sitting laughing their butts off because they have beeen raped and screwed over by the company giving into the northeast total unrealistic contracts. You all cut your own throats by walking out.

  • Love the false empathy coming from the corporate ghouls and their stooges. Feigning concern for the welfare of CWA/IBEW members and their families. I bet their concerned. These corporate ghouls would ship our jobs to Bombay in the blink of an eye if they could save a shilling. Don't back down CWA!!! Don't go back IBEW!! Fight these corporate bullies.

  • Has anyone seen my dog ? RIF RIF RIF ? Where are you ?? RIF ? Every once in awhile he disappears but he always comes back. I'm sure he'll show up again in a couple month's. He's such a good dog too. He does everything we say. We treat him so well I don't understand why he does this all the time. Please, all you compassionate people, bring back RIF to me.

  • @3threethings Lol, Why were they RIF'd? To pay for the ridiculous contracts of the northeast in the past. This time is different isn't it? What! They let walk out? The rank and file management are loving this and have their heals dug in and are going to stick it to you big time. The time and half is nice too. You all are "just one day more" and managment is "just one day more longer" You lose! Kiss your jobs goodbye if you don't go back soon. People are lining up to gladly take them from you.

  • Oh how nice I thought, Verizon’s Sell One More employee incentive program. Earned us a toaster and a vacuum and enticed us to sell more Fios. Employees help to switch Verizon copper land line costumers to Fios. Sell one more to the costumer have them add TV or internet. Get a free Panini maker from the fancy catalogue. Well, earning that toaster will now cost me $8,000 in health care cost!! What a kick in the teeth and what an evil plan Verizon! Corporate greed and manipulation at its worst

  • Weezpam... if you want my job if I get fired, you can have it, BUT, be prepared to pack up you house and family and move to INDIA

  • It's bound to be hostile because Verizon is making it sound like they are hurting financially and taking advantage these times. When Verizon says its copper land line division is losing customers. Verizon is playing with numbers; many land line customers are switching to Fios. Verizon isn't loosing costumers. Many striking union employees are installing profitable Fios. There was such a push for Fios from Verizon with employee incentives. Union employees unknowingly. fell for Verizon's plan!

  • I hope you cocksuckers lose your jobs thank you.

  • It's still hard to believe: a lavishly wealthy corporation, whose top executives live in palaces fit for kings, that ships jobs overseas so it can carve a pound of flesh out of third world workers, demanding that working stiffs give up their pensions and job security. How disgusting. How stomach turning. Strike back at them CWA!!! Fight the corporate ghouls IBEW!!!

  • @libertylovingyankee The workers stomachs are turning because they are empty. But you a union boss don't have that problem do you? You get paid. You pay your bills and have healthcare all on the backs of the union dues paid by the workers who are going to be bankrupted.

  • @RightReb Our union bosses are paid to do a job, and now, it's crunch time. It's not like they've been sitting on the bench waiting to go in, they fight on a daily basis on local issues, and now, they are working their working overtime for us.

  • One corporate stooge after another after another. Most are being paid to make anti-union comments on youtub. Most have new youtube accounts with few uploads. Even a pathetic corporate ghoul can make better use of their life than this.

  • Comment removed

  • @libertylovingyankee Ok it's funny. Keep going to your union hall meetings. They will blow sunshine up your butt about how you're "winning" and the "verizon pigs are going down." Just one day more right? Your kids don't have health ins. Bills keep coming in, Your going to lose your house. All the while Union Bosses are paying their bills feeding their kids voting themselves Union paid 401k's. Hey but don't worry worker, "just one day more"

  • @RightReb Its funny how they can't grasp simple economics. 35,000 @ $200 a week = 7,000,000 a week, $28,000,000 a month. The CWA does't not have an endless strike fund. Ultimately, the Union Bosses will abandon them. 12 days until health benefits run out, Lets start a pool.....How many will cross the picket line on the 11th day!?!?

  • Any Union member with the ability to think for yourself. Don't let the union drag you down they are still paying their mortages and feeding their kids. They will let you destroy yourself. Resign the union and return to work keep your kids future intact.

  • Verizon is paying spineless corporate lackeys to make anti-union comments on youtube. They have new youtube accounts- their rhetoric is remarkably similiar. Beware!!! Do not engage them. They are paid off- corporate stooges.

  • @libertylovingyankee Your either funny or paranoid. Im not paid and I've had my account for years. Anyone with a brain can see Verizon isn't going to back down this time.

  • I would like to thank all the individuals who put their lives on hold to work during this strike. I am enjoying my time off!

  • You really think you have a right to a job or to a certain level of benefits???? You and you're union socialist comrades are completely divorced from reality especially in these economic times. Meanwhile the managers and employees at wireless are working to support the company while you're out standing around like a loser. I HOPE VERIZON CRUSHES YOU PEOPLE.

  • @mattman1105 they will. These CWA slaves are cutting off there noses to spite their face...

  • Lowell McAdams should take his condescending attitude and disgusting selfishness back to that bargaining table and do what is LEGAL and negotiate, instead of standing at the picket line which is ILLEGAL. What double standards- this PIG can do anything he feels like, not negotiating and talking to strikers, but he has people in the courtroom everyday getting injunctions to prevent our FREEDOM OF SPEECH!! FIGHT FAIR YOU PIG!!

  • It was all fun and games a week ago. Now Those bills are rolling in and you just found out how much a cobra payment is to keep your health care. Fidelity just contacted you that loan you took out on your 401 is now due and payable. School clothes to buy and food and a mortgage.

You are finially starting to wake up that Verizon isn't going to roll over for you this time and you threw your kids future away. Dont dispair resign the union and return to work. Save your families.

  • @RightReb ...say what? Bet if OSHA started taking a look at some of the managers that are violating almost every safety issue known to the telecom industry as well as VZ safety practices and it starts costing VZ for not enforcing THEIR OWN PRACTICES as have been recorded via video by the strikers then the story might change. YA THINK??

  • @GALVESTON340 Nope, it won't happen. The bills will keep rolling in and you will lose everything. Go back to work your way of thinking is pure fantasy.

  • @RightReb AMEN!!! The IBEW has no strike fund or COBRA. CWA is paying 35,000 people $200 a week which = $7,000,000 a week. Their strike fund is only so large, eventually they will bankrupt themselves. I can't wait to see what everyone thinks of the union when they are asked to stay on the picket line for $0.00.

  • @SuperUnionbuster I know My savings will only last so long, so do the rest of us but we will stand up for what will believe is right this ceo just got his job and wants to cut our benefits and pay so he becomes richer. We the middle class need to take a stand before there are no middle class just the rich and the poor. Please remember we are the company most of us our stockholders as well as employees.

  • the union strikers harass the Verizon replacement workers, people like them, just trying to keep a job in this economy that are being forced to do your job or be fired, people that can do NOTHING to negotiate your contract. and then you say nothing to this man, who CAN do something to end the strike and negotiate your contract! and shake his hand and say 'thank you'! while you say 'f you' and all kinds of obscenities to your coworkers?!?! Amazing!

  • @beekeeper61 "The union strikers harass the Verizon replacement workers, people like them, just trying to keep a job in this economy that are being forced to do your job or be fired, people that can do NOTHING to negotiate your contract. and then you say nothing to this man, who CAN do something to end the strike and negotiate your contract! and shake his hand and say 'thank you'! while you say 'f you' and all kinds of obscenities to your coworkers?!?! Amazing!" SCABS not MGRS deserve worse!

  • @GALVESTON340 so this guy, that makes millions of dollars, that probably decided to lock you out, that IS actually asking you to give up your benefits and force you to go on strike deserves better?

  • Fire them all Lowell. Move the headquarters down South to a right-to-work state and hire all the eager unemployed workers you need. These union thugs don't realize how good they have it.

  • @weezspam LOL!!!!!!!! Lowell, you'll save a bundle and be able to put more money in your pocket!!!! You won't have to offer them dental benefits because no one has TEETH!

  • @weezspam You are dumb as hell. Because they are fighting for the MIDDLE CLASS. Verizon has made RECORD profits this year and they want to cut Union workers pay because the are GREEDY. Next it will be people who just want to have a job. Those people will be offered minimum and wont be able to support a family. The Rich are becoming richer & the poor are becoming poorer.

  • This looks like illegal bargaining to me. Hell Lowell even said it's illegal for him to be talking to them!!! CWA Take notice!!!!

  • This looks like illegal bargaining to me. Hell Lowell even said it's illegal for him to be talking to them!!!

  • My argument isn’t with you Superunion… I also work on Fujitsu Cisco Nortel Ciena Movas and more Local network. Just clarify 10 gig to 40 gig ckts. It’s not just Dial Tone any more. (FTTC)

  • Just looked at my paystub for the week....80hrs of straight pay....68 hours of OT! WOOT WOOT! Can you guys hold out until Christmas, my bank account is thanking you!!!!

  • @SuperUnionbuster I can't wait till Verizon does another reduction in force on you! Save your Pennies!!!! FOOL!

  • @dadsitouch I'm the fool?!?! I'm getting 80hrs straight pay and 64hrs of OT. I am nearly tripling my paycheck and I'm the fool?!?! Btw....how's that $200 strike pay treating you?!?! Are you tired of bologna and white bread yet? Your benefits run out 13 days.....you'll cross on the 12th day!

  • @SuperUnionbuster You got the wrong guy. I was dirt poor growing up, unlike you money does not matter to me. You think we are all alike. I can see that's what matters to you. What a sad existence.

  • @dadsitouch Money makes no difference to me. Frankly, I would rather be home with my 3yo and 1yo boys instead of working 72 hours a week. Here's some food for thought. The Union has been asked to contribute 100 a month to Health Ins. With the money you have lost being on strike for nearly 2 weeks, you could have already paid that $1200 a year for your Health Ins.

  • @SuperUnionbuster didn't they cut managements pensions?

  • @jovejean anyone who is non-union never had a pension.....just 401K

  • @SuperUnionbuster When i was in the Marines, I knew my enemy and it was easy to finish them. Keep your food for thought. I guess will have to agree to disagree. Good night.

  • @dadsitouch check your inbox

  • @SuperUnionbuster I'm enjoying my time off! Thanks for your sacrifice! The time I've spent with my family can never be taken away! Do you really work for the company?

  • @questioningdisciple Yes....I really work for the company. I am a non-union hourly employee.

  • @SuperUnionbuster Are you being paid by the company to make comments on youtube? Is it actually more than one of you using the same name? What job function are you performing during this strike? Are all the other managers happy about spending their entire lives at work?

  • @questioningdisciple Yes....I am getting paid an extra $1000 for each Union member in which I plant a seed of doubt and despair. So far, I am at 35,000 and counting!!!!

  • Suzie, what if starting tomorrow you had to pay 75% of your premium? Would you complain?

  • Wireless doesn’t stand along all wireless is based upon a wired and fiber optic infrastructure. Now more that ever wireless is dependent on the Fiber Optic infrastructure with 3G and 4G networks coming main stream the demand for OC3s and OC12s optic network is now their bread and butter . In the CO we are the techs that install and maintain these Hi Speed CKTs. VZ would like to say the all wireline does is Dial Tone and FiOS that’s totally not true. We also install Hi speed Internet ckts.

  • FYI Wireless doesn’t stand along all wireless is based upon a wired and fiber opting infrastructure. Now more that ever wireless is dependent on the Fiber optic infrastructure with 3G and 4G networks coming main stream the demand for OC3s and OC12s and hired optic network become their bread and butter …. Who do you thing install and maintain the Hi speed infrastructure, Wireline tech all day every day. Every one like to say the all wireline does is Dial Tone that totally not true!

  • @sonet1231 ACTUALLY......Lightwave Test does the majority of the SONET installs. And I am one of the people who maintain and monitor the BACK BONE of the network. The Ultra-Long Haul pipes that you speak of. The Ciena ULH's, Lambda Extremes, Classic Nortel OC192/OC48, MOR....I can go on and on... You are just the lackey who's hand I have to hold to loop a card properly!!!

  • Lowell McAdam was not far behind Seidenberg during his stint as Verizon Wireless CEO and then Verizon COO in salary and Total Compensation. He's a guy that has leached off his Union-less Verizon Wireless workers and wants to do the same with the Core...the actual FACE of the business. A company that takes in BILLIONS in profits should be viewed differently than a company struggling to stay afloat.

  • @arthuria321 I feel bad for your husband. Having to deal with a idiot like you. You are truly the most annoying women on the face of the earth. You are truly stupid and have no clue about the real world. When you are divorced it will not be a surprise. I'm sure you are really fat and out of shape. I'm sure your poor husband has to go to rub and tugs because he doesn't want to touch you anymore. For these reasons I understand why you are so angry and jealous of everything around you. Moving on...
