This is the greatest Torche song ever written. I can't put into words how awesome the super, duper extended outro is. It's fucking hypnotic. I can't get enough.
@jrockmcbean I am not really sure that Torche is a metal band. I am not sure what they are...lol. I guess you can say they used to have a doom pop sound, but now a days just plain 2010-2011 rock! I agree Torche is totally sick.
@jrockmcbean from wiki: Steve Brooks, however, has said that they don't consider themselves a metal band. In describing the band's sound, Smith said in an interview: "To me it's mostly a combination of everything we listen to collectively as a band. We take what we like from what we grew up on and use it as creatively as we can. I think the meshing of different sounds comes naturally just because we all have different musical backgrounds yet have a ton of common interests."
This song should be named "The Happy Song". Or atleast in parentheses... Out Again (The Motherfuckin Happy Song)

Don't beat me up, but this outro riff reminds me a lot of Coldplay's later stuff.
I like Coldplay quite a lot, so that wasn't meant to be derogatory; I'm sure plenty of folks would take such a suggestion as an insult, though : )

Their music has such an optimistic feel to it, it's really great.

This sounds a lot less like metal, a lot more like good old rock and roll with unusually crunchy guitars.

That is the most un-metal album cover I've ever seen.
Sick band though.

@electricTusk I'd say they've still got enough doom influence to be called metal.

@jrockmcbean The Beatles have significant rockabilly influence (Orbison, B. Holly, Elvis). Would you call them a rockabilly band?

@Galadestro i don't know they need to put the lyrics on their albums they haven't since their first and what i can decipher is usually really good

@Galadestro I've been listening the shit out of this tune and as far as I can tell they are: "Let 'em out again to hit the sky, It's a new song!"
