Almost everything has drills. haha either your just dumb or acting dumb. Be it a Natural Phenomenon or something accidentally happened there's drills and such for that. Geez and here I thought your Motto is "It's all up Here" Maybe they shold change that to "It's all nobrainers here"

they were prbably hoping to just burn doen the high school building not knwoing the other two buildings will get burned down. It's like tiongsan and palo alto buildings. All were arson to get insurance money hay UB.
