@galuxhax Yes - with any green or better quality item that a character can wear, you can disenchant it in most cases. Some items can't be disenchanted, especially if they have no vendor value.

I been doing the same thing with my BS since Cata came out.. It has serisouly slowed down so this will not work on every server.. Some days I sell nothing at all other days I might sell 10 items.. and I babysit my AH.. Not sure what server your on.. but the mats on my server are 2-3 times higher then yours.. Now at the start of Cata.. This was bigger then JC for making gold.. People were buying the amour for 1000g for each item easy.. I had a hard time keeping them in stock
