It's called "Theme From Renegade" ... written and performed by Mike Post. It comes from the 1994 CD titled "INVENTIONS FROM THE BLUE LINE". Mike Post is the same composer who brought us the themes from "NYPD Blue", "Silk Stalkings", "Magnum P.I.", "The Rockford Files", etc..

And yes, "Renegade" was a television series starring Lorenzo Lamas, Branscombe Richmond, and Lamas' ex-wife, Kathleen Kinmont.
