I like pupp vids, sound OR silent...but Huskies...well, the sound is kinda OBLIGATORY, y'know...one of the 'chattier' dog breeds (okay, whiners and complainers, mostly...we DO neglect them so! ... sigh!) Why not shoot a current vid of the doggie, WITH the sound?  Let's here his/her report on the grub and service, around there... :P

The nose is called a snow nose :-) my pup had it to when she was little now her nose is all black. Check out my page for videos and slide shows of my husky! There are even pictures of her pulling the dog sled!

actually not snow nose, snow noses are black and pink striped in the middle, this pups nose had very little pigmentation so it was like inversed snow nose.. but it eventually got all black ;) thanks for watching

@huskymom really? it got all black? cuz i wouldve thought he just has naturally pink nose. i mean, i wouldnt get that puppy if i was still looking for a husky pup now.

oh and i dont think that nose has anything to do with sunlight exposure - my husky gets a snow nose sometimes and its definitely not like that

@dotchoo yeah.. it got all black after time.. and you are right snow nose (cold/heat exposure) makes them get a pink line in the middle not the other way around ;)

my moms like mean and always saying were getting rid of my dog but it hasnt happened YET. =*[

i didn´t get rid of her... I just found her another home.. I wanted to keep her but my life was just too busy at the time to keep a puppy that would require lotsa time and training, so she needed someone with that time. I´ve had huskies for over 20yrs so experience talked there and made me do the right thing for the dog.. so sorry your mom doesn´t likes yoru dog :(

I am going to get a Red Husky as a puppy. Red because it is very unique and not a lot of people i know would get a red one. So that is why. and cant they get blue eyes?

actually red is pretty common too... but black is quite dominant so it appears more common... and blue eyes can be in any coat color... you can check wolfqu2 vids and see a red a black and a white all with blue eyes ;).. luck with your pup

actually that is NOT a snow nose... a snow nose as you stated is a black nose that has a line in the middle when season changes, but hers is NOT a snow nose...hers was pink from the start and got more pigment as she grew... but thanks for your input though
