  • Thank you very much johan! it was very beneficial! You sounded very profissional. I have a question that always wonders me when I do push ups. What is the natural breathing rhythm when doing push ups? when should I let the air in and out.

  • @hussainalmeer thanks for your kind words and it is inspiring when I get feedback like this ! to your question: My own finding is that if you do breathing exercises regularly it will spill into your practice and what do I mean by this ? If you do push-ups more easily then it is a sign it is spilling in. The purpose of the practice is to build up awareness so that you notice if you tense in the wrong places. My experience is mostly with running. thanks again for your comment ! / Johan

  • @hussainalmeer When I do pushups or any other type of exercise I imagine my breath pushing the weight off of me. So for push ups I blow out, blowing the Earth away from my body. It is good to breathe out when exerting, to breathe in when relaxing. just my humble opinion.
