If you´re planning to get into r/c planes the best is to start with a trainer one,you can get a 60 like this one or a 40 (those numbers are the size of the engine),this model was discontinued by thunder tiger, but may be you can get it from another manufacturer like Hobbico (Hobbistar 60) there are many choices. what kind of mph are you getting? and also what is the biggest engine that plane can handle. Thanks

Hi,
It depends on the wind, when you fly with the wind blowing from the back of the plane it can go as fast as around 65 to 70 mph.
The manufacturer recommends to use a .60 class airplane engine.
