The title of this video may be a bit misleading but what he is trying to sa is that the train in this video is running on a track that was tested for 180 kmph (I think it was 184) back in 2001. Of course this particular train is no more than 120.

@dignifiedflirt yeah its true no Indian train travels at 180kmph, actually fastest trains in India is Bhopal Shatabdi which travels at 150kmph in faridabad-agra section with a WAP5(which is said to have been tested at 180kmph on a test run but has 160kmph as its max speed in records) but many Rajdhanis and Shatabdis run at 140kmph on many high speed capable sections!!
