I downloaded the old version of WMM, but now when I import my videos only the audio of the video gets imported.

@RandomShizoodle Oh, look under the Options and Tools setting for Movie Maker. Basically, the old version of WMM doesn't have your new video codecs set up properly.

I try and do my green screen and i'm doing everything right. I have downloaded the effects and placed both video and picture overlaping. but the picture just fades through the video. Do you know what is happening 18 seconds ago

@sarajess178 OH I've encountered that before. It's like the fade is either dragged out too long, or the wrong fade is applied. Trust me, I know how difficult this is though...

Ok this so sucks! i have windows 7 i downloaded wmm for XP i did all of the steps i made a addonTFX folder and i dragged the document into the folder i open wmm and nothing happens i just bought a 150 dollar greenscreen and cant use it :( please help someone?!?!

@CoolestCollab If you bought a $150 green screen, you can always try out Sony Vegas if this doesn't work out! For all people having problems, CHECK YOUR FOLDER. What do you see in the AddOnTFX folder? If the transition is in there, I would just have to do the effect on another computer. If the transition keeps disappearing, perhaps try installing Movie Maker to a different folder than the Program Files.

@EmmasHabbo You can buy some green fabric at your local fabric store and hang it up. If you're not very good with computers, play this video again and listen carefully. The video will guide you through how to create the AddOnTFX folder.
