  • how many times did you even hit the target??and how accurate was it?????

  • do the crosman premier hollow points drop alot more than thee crosman premier domes

  • @alrodrodriguez

    Not very much

    Just a few clicks difference.

  • @98snakeeater ok thanks cause i was wondering should i order croman premier domes or just get the premier hollowpoints from walmart?

  • @alrodrodriguez

I personally feel the hollowpoints are the best all round pellets.

They also tend to be cleaner and more consistent in sealed tins compared to the domes that are boxed and more prone to contamination.

  • i love the intro song

  • thanks for the answer snakeeater

  • how do you take this gun apart?? i found the one screw by the trigger but when i pull out the barrel and stuff it gets stuck right around the fore grip of the gun...is there another screw??? thanks!!

  • you make quality video's, awesome Job.

  • is the whisper deluxe better than the normal whisper? i would think it is

  • buckethead is the shittttt!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Brilliant, 1minute and 48 seconds of EXTREME GOLF-CART DRIVING.

  • rich fucker lol golf cart 2 get to targt fast lmao

  • Im diggin the buckethead, nice shooting.

  • What is the best pellet for long distance??? Raptor PBA is good but TS-10... too is good diábolo exact!!

  • @davidboomunin

Actually, Raptors aren't good for anything except sounding loud and causing piston slap.

I prefer Crosman Premier Dome Lites (7.9g)

  • @davidboomunin what ever shoots the best out of YOUR gun every gun id dif

  • what song is that

  • Bloody Rainbow Spiraling Sherbert Scoop (Buckethead)

  • hi there @98snakeeater what pellets are you using to be that accurate? my rifle has never been that accurate/ repetitive evn at 30 yards the pellets spread out on a 1.5 radius so you can imagine what that does at 100 yards

  • @scavenom2008

For short range (up to 50yrds), I use Crosman Premier hollow points

For long range (50yrds-up), I use Crosman Premier Dome Lite (7.9g)

  • how far can this gun shot i need to know if its around 200 yards

  • @PRUdEPlAtAn018

    hahahaha

  • im thinking of getting a rifle like the whisperer... i know its around 1250 fps, but im wondering if i shud spend the extra money for this or just get a 125-150$ one and find out which pellets work best. seems the pellets and sight make a bigger difference than the gun itself, as long as ur a compitent shooter

  • Don't get caught up in the hype of "fps"

The majority of Gamo's rifles are basically the same with monro differences.

The ONLY reason to get a Whisper over the rest is if you want a quiet springer.

If the sound doesn't bother you, go with a cheaper model and put the extra cash you saved towards quality glass.

  • i have a 1000+ Beeman with a 12x zoom scope but it doesnt take small game easily. Although, im pretty sure its my pellets. because the kills i do make are instant either hit a vital spot or a hit to a bone. i use solid benjamin .20 cal and it looks like they dont have very good hitting power unless they encounter resistance... which i wont get from dove, quail or rabbits.

  • @brysonwilliams70 i got the crosman storm xt it was $100 reg i got it on sale for $50 and that thing can hit anything i dont even use the scope my friend has the gamo whisper and mine is WAY better and i got it for 50 buck lmao im going to go get another ONE just to have! :)

  • Most bad-ass music ever..

  • i lol'd when you zoomed in on your dog for no apparent reason and the "badass" music was playin. haha

  • Of all the truly great thing about this video, the dog, pool, golf cart and golf cart tour of the estate, I think the first 2 and 1/2 minutes of music are by far the best. The music is great to dance too and the guitar is awesome.

  • No one plays like buckethead

  • 290 feet is like 95Yards right? Cuz ive been shooting 250count pellet lids with a 500Fps .177 at that distence. Hardly does any damage tho..I woudnt try hunting that far..haha :P

  • Yeah, I wouldn't hunt anything beyong 40 yards or so.

It's just not ethical with this small a caliber, no matter how much power you have behind it.....

  • when u said "neato fella"

u sonded like kermit the frog XD

  • LOL

That wasn't me, that was off of Buckethead's CD

  • lol kk kool

  • do you prefer gamo over crosman? and also, at 100 yds, are the pellets still effective enough to kill vermin?

  • I really depends on the gun. Both Crosman and Gamo make hi end and low end rifles.

I personally prefer Gamo's hi end over Crosman's hi end, but would take Crosman's low end over Gamo's low end any day.

As forthe pellet being effective at that range, it's very possible, but not ethical.

    Honestly, I wouldn't hunt any further than 45-50 yards with a .177

  • Thanks!

  • what would you use for hunting, crosman pointeds, or premier hollowpoints?

  • What cal is your whisper? Very nice shooting man

  • its 177

  • Thanks

  • omg! i want that all-terrain golf car

  • they make nicer ones called yahmaha rhinos u should chek em out

  • You can't get a Rhino for $500

Well, maybe a Power Wheels Rhino lol

  • awesome dude how much fps and i should be picking up a gamo carbine sport soon awesome vid!!!

  • love mine just got it zoered zeored? but anyway it goes through 2 in of wood with regular pellets like air awesome!!

  • is gamo whisper the same as the whisper X?

  • Yes, it's basically the same rifle with a different stock.

  • i liked a lot the golf car u used... its like all terrain lol

  • whats the song?!

  • Bloody Rainbow Spiraling Sherbert Scoop (Buckethead)

  • ur the kind of guy that thinks ur really funny. but ur not

  • Of the Gamo pellets I've used so far, none of them are as consistent as the Crosman Premiers (even thoug they may have a higher velocity)

  • nice shootn tex! lol i shoot 222 brass @ 100yrds. with a lightly moded crosman storm xt, the gun is around 110,00 with a very nice center point scope, that sells buy its self for 54.00 at wal-mart, i put a charlie da tuna 32.00 trigger on it that is a true 2 stage trigger, he makes them 4 the gamo also, they r a must for acc. long range shots! did some tweaking with the advise of a gun smith, it cronos @ an avg of 1101fps 4 50 shots the high fps was 1307, not bad 4 less than 150.00 total!

  • wanted 2 add i just got a gamo big cat yesterday, was around 165.00! i tried for three hrs to sight this gun in, and after 500 rounds im fed up, the quality of the gun is a joke compared the crosman storm xt! i was abel to zero it when i got it in 14 shots, when i called 2 get return number the company stooge told me the break barrel guns r inheriantly innacurate, i just laughed at him, and ask then why isnt that in big letters on their gun sales pages, just get a storm xt great gun 4 price!

  • i got the gamo shadow fox which is "new" but far as i can tell they just ripped the iron sights and the suppressor off of the whisper and took about 70-80 bucks off the price

  • Nice chunk of land. I would have to be a millionaire to have a spread like that in California.

  • thats soo awsome.. how much does a gun like that cost?

  • Gamo whisper costes 299,95$ where i saw it :D i realy want it! ^^

  • thats quite the yard/ house you got there

  • What song is this plz get back to me.

  • It's Bloody Rainbow Spiraling Sherbert Scoop by Buckethead

  • good song, BUCKETHEAD RULES!!!

  • nice shootin

  • I saw a comment saying, "It'll take over 1000 shots before the barrel is fully season" What does that mean?

  • It means that the gun has a "break in" period. such is the case with many NEW things...like shoes for example. they are uncomfortable until worn a bit. The gun with reach peek performance after being used for a while.

  • is that some buckethead?

  • Yep, big BH fan here :)

  • i bet you dont even know what he looks like!

  • just what i was looking for. thanx man

  • nice shooting,, but how long does it take you to cut your grass with a garden that size lol

  • metal or gas spring??

  • metal

  • Just got a Remington Summit .177 and cannot wait to try it out. I have never tried an air rifle before! Wish me luck!! Any advice??

  • Congratz

Stick with one type of pellet and keep shooting...

It'll take over 1000+ shots for the barrel to fully season...

  • it's nice to see someone who treats there pellet gun as of it were a real gun!!!!! nice shotn and cool yard!

  • lazy bastard

  • i have the scope that come with the airmaster 77 the 4x20 scope and when i was trying to sight it one of the springs popped out i can put back out

  • the first comment i ment to say i cant put back in

  • i could spit that far. this is sooooooo lame! lol jk i have the same scope on my 22 lr and i shoot at 250-300 yards in the summer. this year the longest if shot is 150 yards and i couldnt get myself to stay out anylonger it was COLD! nice shooting btw

  • my shots on my whisper keep going low and my scope wont go any higher. The nob to go up wont go up any higher. do you know how to fix this.I just aim alittle higher.

  • Adjust the sight mount, that worked for me...or change the mount for a better one

  • put a little bit of paper under the backring of your scope. that will fix the problem;)

  • cool thanks for ur help

  • whats the best for hunting squirrels and birds?

  • Any walmart POS .22

  • I got the .177

  • oh you mean pellets..beeman crow magnums no question, but ithink they only come in .22, and with a .117 unless your gun is very powerfull most hollow points dont really expand in .117

  • .177 cal, although, I plan on picking up a .22 version soetime soon....

  • where do u live?

  • Jamaica, NYC, but the video was shot at our house in Orlando

  • Whats the best all around pellet to use for accuracy and hunting?

  • Crossman Premier Hollow Points for short range and Crossman Premier Donme Lite (7.9g) for long range...

  • It really all depends on the gun as well, but those two he said are nice in most. As far as most accurate you need to test out all types.

  • Nice Shooting and Driving :D

  • hey yellowsupermacist i hate to tell you but gamo rifles are extremely accurate i have several and they all are accurate and powerful my dad has a 600.00 dollar RWS and i can do everthing he can if your gamo is not accurate it probably the SHOOTER not the gun

  • how long you have had your Whisper 98snakeeater?, Ive had mine for about 4 days and havnt had any problems with it, but im guessing youve had yours a bit longer and i was wondering if youve had any problems with it, please reply

  • I've had mine for about 1.5 years now..

Only problem I had was the spring snapping @ 5000 shots (almost 2 months of shooting for me)

I sent it out to CDT for a complete turbo tune and she's been the perfect rifle eversince!!

  • ok thats good i guess, ive shot probally 400 shots already

    CDT?

  • CharlieDaTuna (premier springer rifle tuner...google him)

  • man that sucks, im 14 and I have this Air Rifle, thank god my Granddad bought it before my mom could say no haha

  • I'm not familiar with UK laws, but I don't understand how you would need a "Fire-Arms Certificate" for something that (by definition) is NOT a Fire Arm...

  • its the same here, anything that can shoot a proectile is classed as a fire arm, from the nifty "pen gun" to the air rifle to your "normal rifles"

was watching a vid of a kid with a home made air rifle, even that would be classed as a fire arm.

thats how the goverment is sneakily disarming the public, by making laws and restrictions that hard that people just hand in their weapons in frustration.

  • How about a sling shot and a pebble?

  • illeagal to carry on you but not illeagal to own, work that one out.

  • Air rifles are also not illeagal to own.. just illeagal to walk around the puplic with

  • and were can i get one of those cases you have for yours

  • I got both cases @ wally world

The single was $11 and the big dual was $14

Very strong (hard plastic) with padded foam inserts and multiple locking points for travel..

  • this gun is great i jut got mine for christmas and me and my dad went out and sighted it in and i shoot like 5 birds and a squirel at about 60-70 yards in no time

  • is the gamo big cat just as good ?? i might buy one from big5 its only 130 on sale

  • It's practically the same rifle, but the Whisper has a better stock, an all weather synthetic coated barrel and of course the supressor...

If you don't care about noise or rust, get the Big Cat and save money...

  • It's the quietest 1000+fps springer on the market.

The problem is that most expect it to be dead silent and it's not...

  • you should be more than happy with your whisper.

i just used mine for the first time yesterday. after zeroing it in, i took out 5 sparrows in 30 mins. the furthest was up in a tree...maybe a 45 yard shot

    i love this thing

  • nice home range and shooting let us see some more of your skills :P

  • damnnn u are rich

  • Nope, I'm Rick

    Don't know any Rich....

  • where did u get that hardcase?

  • Picked it up at Wally World on sale for $14 bucks...

Also got another smaller one (single rifle) for $11 bucks...

Both are solid with multiple locking points and are airliner approved...

  • Yes, Beeman makes some nice guns, but non that fit my criteria for shooting...

  • I wouldn't really say that...

I only have 4 rifles and 3 of them are Crosmans...

The Whisper is my favorite by far, but probably because it's the best I could afford...

I'm sure I'd probably be happier with a high dollar Walther or AirForce, but you get what you pay for...

  • im usin the same gun but cant hit shit, there is something wrong with the stock scope. should i replace it for the center poit optics?

  • I've used the stock BSA/GAMO scope and it worked just fine...

If your rifle is new, take into consideration that it will be rather inconsistent until the barrel is well seasoned and the spring is fully broken in (this can mean anywhere from 1000-2000 shots)

Also, make sure you use threadlocker on the stop pin to prevent creep...

  • yea i got my scope dialed in 2day and it shoots fine but i only shot 300rds or less through it so yea its not broken in. but yea its still inconsistant with small targets like squirels but not since i've had it my groupings have sized down. and wut pin do i exactly put the threadlock on?

  • The stop pin is located in the rear ring mount under the scope tube...

The pin must be aligned with the hole in the scope rail...

Once it's aligned, put a few drops of threadlocker on the pin's threads and tighten it down so the mount doesn't move...

  • thx man, hey when did ur rifle actualyy break in?

  • It's really hard to say because the more I shot, the more consistent it became...

An just when I thought it couldn't get any better, the spring snapped at a little over 5000 shots....

That's when I sent it out to CDT for a complete turbo tune and a Maccari Turantula spring....

The difference is night and day!!

Much smoother and far more consistent than ever before :)

  • wow thats impressive. hey where was the place u sent it out just in case i pass 5000rds sometime.

  • charliedatuneDOTcom

Unfortunately, Bob (CDT) recently retired from his gun practice :(

As for the 5k rounds, that was only about 2 months of daily use...

I could've sent it back to Gamo becauseit was still well within the warranty period, but then i'd just end up with another standard spring and an entire month of downtime, so I opted to upgrade instead :)

  • nice range and setup ,even has a dog in the video!5stars for fun

  • Was it an orchard where you were driving in? I hope none of the fruit got pellets' lead in them.

  • Umm, I've been a member on rfc for quite a while now lol (check the air rifle and scope forums)

  • It's an awsome gun, i plink the smaller end of a cig pack @ 50 yards

and with the right set scope, wind comp you can easy go over the 100 yard line

    Go GAMO!

  • whish i was rich

  • i need help... my gamo whisper i think has a defect...its sooo inaccurate i tried sighting it in and evry time the pellet lands completely off. how do you dial it in...oh and is up down or down up and is left right or is right left on this hun for the scope. anyway i have determined its not me the shooter and have let others try and well they cant figure it out either.

  • go to pyramydairDOTcom and use their 10 minute guide to sighting in scopes....

they explain everything you need to know in detail....

  • thanx man i'll try it out

  • What do you think of predator hunter pellets?

  • I've used them and they're great pellets...

Accurate, hard hitting and I would assume great for penetration, but I don't hunt so I can't say for sure...

Bought a tin to try thm out, but they're pretty expensive, so I stick with Premiers

  • what song is that in the beginning of the vid?... nice shooting btw

  • Bloody Rainbow Spiraling Sherbert Scoop by Buckethead

  • I was trying to find out what plinking was and I sat through this whole stoopid thing and still don't know.

  • plinking is shooting at basically any thing that is not living bottles, bottle caps, cans, small metal targets, any thing to get your practice in so you can ethically kill an animal in the fucking brains

  • i shot it today and to be honest its not much more quiet

  • Watch this video:

    CBYuMBUG2CE

  • 750fps is a little on the low side, even for a .22, but it should do fine for close range hunting (I'm guessing you're talking about the Hunter 440 .22?)

On a sidenote, the new Hunter Extreme 22 looks very promising, but will probably be quite a chunk of cheese...

  • What kind of iron sight is on that gun?

  • It comes with fiber optic sights with elevation/windage adjustments on the rear...

  • For Buttflake if you are going to get a high powered airgun then you should go for the lower velocity, when the light airgun projectile reaches the speed of sound the sonic boom knocks the pellet off course.

  • glass?

  • Scope

  • if im looking to get a pellet gun, no more than $350, what should i get. im not gonna be killing anything more than 7-10 pounds. is it better to get a high (~1400) fps .177 or a lower (~950) fps .22. and what sort of modificationis should i make to it

  • I would definitely go .22

The heavier mass will make up for the lower velocity with a longer trajectory and more knock down power.

If you wanna stick with a breakbarrel for that kinda cheese, an RWS 34 Panther is a great gun out of the box and you could put the leftover cash towards quality glass...

  • what is the calliber 5.5?

  • .177 cal

  • i hope to get 1 for my bday

  • are you rich?

  • No, I'm Rick

    Don't know any Rich

  • no i meen have money, you driving around on a golf cart on beautiful property

  • ah,

nope, it's my mom's house in Orlando...

I live in a little shack in NYC

  • oh lol

  • have you hunted with it yet? and is it a good value for the gun I was thinking about getting a whisper

  • I not a hunter, just a target shooter...

  • lol hes crazy with the golf cart

  • lol i took a birds head off with this gun

  • i believe it

  • i use the ammo that u had a picture of. but i mgiht buy a new gamo and i might get php... pointed hallow points... is gamo ammo more accurate or what.. i know the P.B.A is but like other lead shots..

  • ben hiting pigens at 100 yards with a gamo hunter with premier hollow point pellets u can here when you hit them but they just fly away can conferm the kill

  • Not very ethical to hunt at that range with anything less than a .22

  • I agree

  • I stick with Crosman Premier Dome Lites (7.9) for long range and Crosman Premier Hollow Points for short range...

They tend to have the most consistent weights and chrony numbers...

  • plz can i know the good and bad of the gun.cause i really really wanna get 1 ,got sensitive neighbors lol

  • The Good:

It's very quiet FOR A SPRINGER, Powerful and Accurate...

    The Bad:

The stock trigger is very tough, but an easy 5 minute fix with a GRT-3 blade...

Some people like the light weight, but I actually prefer a heavier gun for hand holding...

The Gamo/BSA scope is decent, but I prefer more quality glass with more funtions...

It's VERY picky when it comes to pellet choice...

you pretty much have to change scope settings for each brand/type of pellet....
