This brother is impressive but I'd no rep a lot of the earlier cleans he does. With technique like that there's no way he'd hold onto heavier weights on the catch.
@skarpskyttar i try not to do this or "good mornings" since i have to know what im doing so i dont injure my back. just do your basic squats, push ups, sit ups, pull ups. there really isnt a need for any more unless your in bodybuilding competition.

Power = (weight*distance/time).
Lifting a weight over a distance (via repetitions) as quickly as possible demonstrates power.
