  • The dot heads and towel heads who work at pharmacies need to learn English.

  • this looks like a work office than a pharmacy

  • Yeah I hate going to the pharmacy because of the idiots in front of me.. I'm always in and out ;D

  • wow just how much we humans look dumb in simulation

  • ¿W.T.F. is a fax?

  • Lol They are buttons, but it does look funny

  • Why are his nipples so hard? Or are those buttons?

  • I'm continually amazed by how many ingenious ways the pharmacist finds to screw up even the most simple task. In eight visits, they will find eight brilliantly crafty ways to completely botch the job. I refuse to believe it's anywhere near as hard as they make it out.

In 10 years, computers will replace 2/3rds of pharmacists. The doctor will input the prescription, the computer-machine on the other end will fill the bottle, and we won't have to deal with these cretins screwing it up.

  • @Zaotar1 lol u r the person in this video

  • @Zaotar1 Most of the issues come from the doctors and doctors fuck up giving pills all the time. Pharmacists are at the doctor will. Fact doctors don't give a shit about you, the hospital, or anything else beside their own ass's. Ask any nurse, pharmacist, or pharmacy tech. And yes sometime the Pharmacist will mess up but they are only human.

  • i work in walmart pharmacy as cashier , this is how it go all time!

  • Looks like he is staring at the pharmacist's breasts!

  • Once in a blue moon I will fuck up my own prescriptions and run out, my pharmacy takes care of me. The scrip is lexapro, not any narcotic pain killer or knock out drug, they are very nice to me, and I am very nice to them, and they know if I miss a dose I feel like shit : )

  • I know all too well the parody of this video...I worked as a tech in a hospital for 2 years before having to move, and take a position with Walgreens (my 1st retail experience)...Walgreens loves to push the envelope between pharmacist to pharm tech ratios and customer's safety.

  • We do not actually talk to the customers this way. This a joke as to what we are thinking when we get actually idiots like in this parody. And yes, they actually sound like that. And we get that numerous times a day! I left Walgreens because they cut our tech help so much I didn't feel I was working in a safe environment (and I was with them for 12 years). I work for a private store and yes we still get wonderful customers such as this one but I have more help to deal with all of it!

  • You do realize there is so much more to pharmacy teching than meets the eye. While I'm not going to compare our two professions because I don't have any experience in the hospital, I can assure you that working in a pharmacy is not easy work. Not only do you have to work at a blistering pace, but you have to be 100% accurate or risk killing someone. With all this stress, add in the pressure from customers that don't understand patience allows us to get our job done quicker it can all build up

  • @sphynxsphyre 100% agreed!! I'm a pharmacy tech, I know how it is!

  • @sphynxsphyre I totally agree w/you and have nothing but respect for pharmacists. They are always busy and no down time ever from what I've noticed. I had a great report w/one that I went to all the time who worked in a "chain" pharm., he quit and I saw him at a more private one-He came out and told me that the chain pharm was so busy and under-staffted, many mistakes being made by other techs. he said someone was going to die as a result and he had to leave. Tht's scary!

  • @sphynxsphyre My wife is a PharmD and I used to be a tech.. believe me, I've heard it all and I totally understand!!! People just don't have a clue! L says all the time, "this isn't Sonic!"

  • that pharmacist is hot

  • actually, you can give him the meds from an oral order. If the doctor says over the phone, you can give the meds without a fax.

  • commit suicide, commit suicide lol

  • lol he really wants his meds

  • omg, I work in a pharmacy and this is so awesome!!! love it!!!

  • Customers, you guys need to chill. People shouldn't be rude to you, but don't go in there expecting everything to be peachy keen. We are now doing more things than ever with less help than ever. We're only human. You've gotten so used to instant gratification that you're ready to scream when it's not done. Give me a minute and it will be! If I'm nice to you, the least you can do is be nice to me. I understand you're upset it's not ready. I'm upset because I have worked 7 hours with no break!!

  • haha this is why I left walgreens I got so sick of this crap I am now gonna work at mailorder BY CUSTOMERS!

  • The last 40 seconds of this video are pure gold. Sums up dealing with the public in a retail environment perfectly.

  • When I was on pharmacy rotations, I had to do one in a clinic where I had to follow the Dr.'s around all day. One time I saw a doctor hand a script to a nurse, and the doc told the nurse "I need this sent to (pharmacy) right away". After the doctor walked away, the nurse looked at the script and then said, and I quote, "I don't have time to deal with this shit", and she put the Rx on a stack of papers.

Next time you go to a pharmacy and your script isn't there yet, give that a thought.

  • "The doctor said it would be ready when I got here." I want to strangle a doctor everytime I hear this.

  • This is not a good light on Pharmacies and Walgreens in particular. This is not the way an employee should talk to any customer. I realize this is a parody of life as a pharmacy employee but it is inappropriately false. If you want people to relate to your disgust of persistent customers who dont understand to system at least make your protagonist in your parody an ideal image of what the employee should do and say not a reinforcement to why some customers get frustrated.

  • This happens all the time! Customers say their doctor faxed or emailed a prescription, but it doesn't show up; sometimes the doctors do it later, they send it to another pharmacy, or they simply don't get around to it. No matter what happens, it's our fault at the end of the day.

  • @planetlexicon well in that case it's not the patient's fault. they can't help it if their doctors faxed to the wrong place. you pharmacists are just plain rude.

  • @Darkshadow7890 I think you might have misunderstood what I was trying to say. It's true that it's not the patient's fault if the doctor faxed the prescription to the wrong place. But those patients need to be a little more understanding and not go insane about that mistake. It's not the pharmacy's fault the doctor faxed the prescription to the wrong place, either. I just wish patients were a little more patient and understanding in this situation.

  • This pharmacy looks a lot like a lot like an office break room.

  • CVS is besssst!!!

  • why doesn't anyone believe him?!

  • people take their scripts to walmart because they bypass insurance if you ask. so you can get a script early if you want.

  • @disbandedNinja why shouldnt you? if they want to pay cash its up to them....as long as it isnt a controlled med

  • i believe it is the individual walmart or walgreen's pharmacy you need to compare not the companies as a whole. i know where i live the walmart pharmacy is the fastest pharmacy in the area but i have been to pharmacies where i go to college and other's are faster. So you cannot really compare walmart to walgreen's without looking at individual stores.

  • WALMART IS FAST, MY ASS! THE ONLY REASON PPL GO THERE IS FOR THE FEW $4 RXS THAT THEY PROVIDE. THEN AT NIGHT THEY HAVE TO GO WALGREENS ANYWAY! PSSSHHH

  • @kelseywm I work at a Walgreens directly acorss the street from a busy walmart. We have a timer in or system that shows how long any person waits to be answered on a telephone line. I rarely see it go above 5 minutes ( i mean very rarely) Its the fourth busiest in my district. So I can fill ten scripts and have them ready to verify and be sold within 20 minutes while answering calls. The walmart across the street cant even answer a call from another pharmacy in 30 minutes, EVERY TIME.

  • @simplydoz I work at Walgreens too! I know the system. But the only reason WalMart doesn't get the shit that we do is because people spend so much time walking around that damn store they forget how long it's been since they dropped their stuff off. We're the busiest store in our district. 24 hours. So our Saturday and Sunday nights are ridiculous, but no one else is open!

  • @kelseywm I work for Walgreens too, and this is so true.

  • Since when is WalMart faster? That is why we transfer sooo many of your prescriptions to Walgreens? At least we can fill them the same day.

  • wtf ever!
