Sorry to tell you, but its only in Denmark that you can get the KG(the thing i do the excercize on).. so i'll bet you dont have any friend that have done it straight :) You are talking about a mini-trampoline.. and its no problem to do it in a mini-trampoline

Why do it a tuck?? why eventrain a full rudy tuck first everyone i know have startedwith a straight full rudy!!

KG is a very hard board.. only Bording Schools use it because they arent allowed to use the trampoline.
