  • bleach music :)

  • bro your a fag right

  • @29theviking Go troll somewhere else kid. Just because you have 12 inch arms doesn't mean you can post rude comments for no reason.

Also it's "you're" not "your". Get it right "bro".

  • Bleach intro, respect was high for already Tuan but it just amplified :D

  • tuan watches bleach ?!?!?

  • I had never seen this video before, and it is awesome. Like most of your other videos it inspires me. This one IS that inspiration to keep me working my butt off and not taking it easy on myself. You are the best!!!!

  • people dont understand that steroids have nothing to do with being "cut"

a good diet goes a long way in reducing body fat percentage, and as for getting "big", it is not impossible to get to ur size without steroids

i, for one, believe that u are tottally clean

    keep up the good work

  • tuan u know ur gonna get negetive comments about taking steroids and all those other sorts of drugs, your body looks natural, keep up the hard work, powerlifting is an awesome way to build muscle in my opinion, keep lifting heavy and fuck the haters!!

  • @warpvirus very true. Haters are going to hate. But that is only because when they see someone successes, it makes them reflect on themselves and their failures. But instead of making it into an opportunity to overcome, then remain the same and then try to bring others down to their level because misery loves company. To all my supporters, thanks for kind words and my msg is simple, if I can do it drug free, so can you. Effort, time, knowledge and patients and you will get their too

  • @roughneckasian doing it natural now days is heaps better, you get better sponsorships and they remain long term, no one wants to touch drugged profiles, keep it up tuan!!

  • Keep up the work Tuan...don't worry what the haters and nay sayers say...without them the strong become weak!!!! We all need haters.... What doesn't kill ya only makes you stronger...!!!!! So, keep on hating haters!!

  • nice vid...how do bodybuilders get ripped?

  • lol "natural?" the only thing i see thats natural is the god dam tree on stage in the background

  • that smile needs a bit of workout too

  • To me you are right on the borderline of roid/natural. I suppose you are natural but have not been all your life. Once you are on roids, even if it is only for a short time to try them out, you will boost your limit of achievement for life. Congrats on the astonishing physique anyway. No matter with or without drugs it means dedication and hard work. People tend to forget that.

  • 1:47, dude, you do look like super saiyan. props for you and your hard work

  • tuan can you tell me how old you are? good job on the transformation i feel inspired by you!

  • The 2nd song is from hajime no ippo

  • Cool Bleach music

  • @Dan13718 - fifty says you look like a bitch. Who are you to say what people can and cant do? Why? Cuz its not your pathetic way? Grow up...

  • @masteraeries work on yourself and stop assuming

  • bleach opening 3 HELL YEA!!!!

  • could you make a video on the supplements you use?

  • 2:24 the moment before his hair turns yellow and he becomes a super saiyan

  • what supplements you take for more muslce's(mass)

  • ur in great shape and all but the pose at 0:42 almost made me shit my pants from laughing ^^

  • i have a question, i do not want to sound rude or anything, but how do body builders get their penis size back to normal when its all over? lol

  • @Androide140 They dont, cuzz they never lost it. I'm not too good at perceptions, but they look big, therefore normal pouches look small and big looks normal xD

  • Good to see, I hate the media making sterotypes and love people like you breaking them. If you're asian male be masculine, don't let the media tell you who you are, same for whites and if you're black there's nothing wrong with education, MTV gangsta bullshit is bad for everyone, stimulate the body and the mind no matter what your background. Screw the New World Order.

  • LMAO BLEAHC MUSIC! GOTTA BE KIDDING AMAZING!!!

  • making asians look even better lol

  • im 16, you inspire and motivated me to bust my ass in the gym

  • being tooo strong doesnt look good

  • What's the average height for pro bodyduilders?

  • @TheLeilisa

    around average height bro

    which is 5'8-5'10

  • Comment removed

  • @91lilfrozone23 thanks i need a couple of inches more. There is this product " helpo growth formula" its been working for me so far.

  • @TheLeilisa

i would recommend to only use whey protein, casein protein (the ones that are 100% natural) and multivitamins. don't use anything else, go 100% natural ;)

  • @91lilfrozone23 thank you for the recommendation. " helpo growth formula" is 100% safe herbal thing too.

  • theres some new roids coming out next year and there full of nutrition, you inject them the same way but theres no side effects what so ever, great product, but you wont be able to buy them over the counter, i've tried them and i can tell you that they work better than all the other roids out there, but they did give me agressive mood swings, but when your growing at a fast rate, who cares.

  • are you GAY ?!

  • Anyone else think that with the spikey hair and red gloves he looks like jinn from tekken? just sayin.

Oh and by the way, your bloody awesome!

  • nice vid man...like the song aswell lol....check out my transformation and let me kno what u think....keep training hard

  • BLEACH FOR PRESIDENT

  • omg! tira esse aviso no meio te tela !

  • This is one fine looking man! So cute! Hot! Hot! Hot!

  • Hold on you went from 168 to 198 in the coarse of 2 years? Thats 30lbs or 15lbs a year. You can not get that naturaly. Please explain.

  • @Damnationization Wrong. I was a football player and powerlifter that weight 198 lbs and got shredded to 168 lbs. Do the math. 198 at 11% body fat means I have 22 lbs of body fat. I have to be around 2 to 3% bodyfat to compete on stage as a bodybuilder. So at 168, I was at 2 to 3% bodyfat, so I had 3 to 5 lbs of fat on my body at that time. Then I go back up to 198 lbs for powerlifting around 10 to 12% bodyfat. I am not at 198 at 2 to 3% body fat. See the math behind it

  • @roughneckasian Sorry I didn't mean to upset you. I do understand. But you do seam lean.

  • i dont mean to insult u man neither i'm hating really...but from what u said above...there is no natural way that u can get to 2-3% body fat!!!not to mention 2-3% fat in 198-200lbs...i study physics and i'm a swimmer myself...i train 3 times a day,1 is weightlifting...i swimm about 8-10 km each day and my body fat is 8-9% and i'm 20 yo!!!now there is NO way u do more cardio than me but u have like 5% less fat...and u are 30!!common seriously dont consider ppl are dump...

  • @kypselialani14 Actualy cardio is not the key its your diet. I have two friends who have done natural bodybuilding competions. One of the two actualy dosn't do cardio.

  • yep i see steroids :x

  • @roughneckasian yea right..how bout sharing your drug intake?

  • @JadeTomZ I have a video up on what over the counter supplements I take, but as for drugs, I am a Natural/Drug Free bodybuilder/Power lifter.

For more information on that you can watch my videos titled

"Natural Bodybuilding and What It Takes"

Also, I have many other videos where I share my drug tested forms, taking a urinalysis test, to a picture of me at 14 and competing in the USAPL, the largest drug tested federation in the USA.

  • @roughneckasian Must be really annoying when people ask you to show drug tests while you already have them in your channel right?

Some idiots just know how to trash talk and don't have the brains to go to channel before asking for it.

You are an amazing bodybuilder and a really good motivator.

    Great Job Man. :)

  • @roughneckasian I hear you brotha, I did the same thing you did but in 1 1/2 yr on over the counter supplements but be careful bro now I have a arrythmia now. I still lift weight and maintain the size but I dont take the supplements anymore. Im on anti-arrythmatics :(

  • @Damnationization: I disagree, most bodybuilders think the way you do because pretty much all bodybuilders train the same way: using volume programs and workout almost everyday, thus the reason why everybody thinks its "impossible" to put on loads of muscle in a year naturally. Most guys overtrain. Lifting properly, proper nutrition and allowing for RECOVERY, a guy with good genetics can put on 15 lbs in a year.

  • @pmango1000 I will admite when you start out you can put on more weight but not 15lbs of solid muscle. I put on 15lbs in one year, but it was not all muscle.

  • @Damnationization I did that. Right now I look like tran did in that first pic at 10 seconds. In 2 years I bulked from 140lbs to 180 lbs. About 5 of those was just water weight so probably a solid 25-30 lbs of muscle with nothing but protein shakes. On top of that im a hardgaining ectomorph.

  • @thegarbageman21 Your full of it. To gain that much true muscle you would have to use hgh or roids. Protein shakes wont cut it. I use protein, creatine, various aminoe acids, and mutiple viatimins. I will admite the most weight I gained was in my first year of training at 15lbs but most of it was not true muscle.

  • @Damnationization whatever gets you through the day. Everybody is different. I started at 140 lbs and I am 5"10, 168lbs, 8% BF. I am still not "big" by any means. A lot of guys start out naturally much bigger so what you say would relate more. My bulk wasn't even 2 years. A little less.

  • @thegarbageman21 you must be a right skinny weak fucker

  • @Damnationization To say that you cannot gain 15lbs of muscle in a year naturally is just rubbish of course you can. Thats only just over 1lb per month stop posting comments if you dont know your arse from your bloody elbow.

  • @cooldudesg54 Your an idiot. You don't know what your taking about. First off gaining a pound of muscle a month. I am a big natural guy and I wanted to see if he was for real or full of it. If you could gain a pound a month thats 12 per year in 10 years thats 120lbs of solid muscle. If you were 20 and 150lbs by the time you were 30 you would be 270lbs solid natural muscle. I have natural competive friends and have thought about it but the dieting is the tough part. I know what I'm talking about.

  • @Damnationization It is a fact that most guys gain at least a pound a month if they train properly and eat enough protein, you do not need steroids my friend. As for the 270 in ten years you also need dedication ,something which most people do not have.

  • @cooldudesg54 Like I said you are an idiot. You don't gain a pound a month. I have been very dedicated for 17 years and I know what I'm talking about.

  • @cooldudesg54 I agree, I'm 16 years old,In the last month since using soy protein , Ive put on a solid 20 lbs of muscle. Tip... Dont buy the hightech shit, you'll lose it when you stop. I just go to GNC and buy Premium soy protein, Alot of people say buy whey but whey made me put on water weight and lose the gains once I stopped,Depends on your body type too and diet. I dont eat fast food and shit like that but alot of guys at the gym do. tip.. Dont use energy drinks, they tear up your body.

  • @Damnationization Can put on a stone a year easily.

  • @Damnationization dude people have put on that much weight in the course of 6 months with High intensity training and high caloric intake. 30lbs in 2yrs is not even that impressive. look up the Colorado experiment.

  • Comment removed

  • @Damnationization I''m 16 and I've gained 22 lbs of weight and only grown about an inch or two in one year. Are you saying an adult can't gain 30 lbs in 2 years?

  • @tolmbyf0u Certain dumb asses chose to workout with their mouths rather then their muscles!

  • @Damnationization since I started working at GNC I've gained 10 pounds in two months, lots of supplements but still steroid free, It is possible just takes alot of effort, I'm not a huge guy though I'm 18 yrs old, went from 153 to 163 in two months. do you lift?

  • @bmxtreeeme Yes I do, I'm a gym rat. I am very strong and I started lifting when I was 17 and now I'm 36. I am huge into supplements. When I first started I gain 15lbs in a year though it was not all muscle and this was just by eatting. Latter I learned more and read alot. Along with talking to other gym rats.

  • @Damnationization yes, I'm a huge gym rat, I used to think I knew it all but the more I read and listen to others I learn alot, I was overtraining for a long time and wasn't seeing the results that I thought I'd see, I cut back to 1.5 hours a day heavy lifting and rest for 1 to 2 days a week, I'm seeing the results that I was missing out on. I have pre-workouts and I take my Weight-gainer shake 4 times a day its a huge sacrifice but it's definitely worth it, I leave for the Marine corps on sep.6

  • @Damnationization I'm natural and did the same thing. Wow whats wrong with people.

  • you ever won anything?

  • what an amazing transformation!

do you go for the "burn out" feeling i.e. less weight but 8-12 reps, or do you go for as heavy as you can for less reps, like, almost maxing out? my intuition is telling me that bodybuilders want to "burn out" more, where as powerlifters would want to push the weight as much as they can. Thanks for your time!

  • I'm a fan!!! I'm just starting out on my journey as a bodybuilder and your videos really help a great deal. I think you have done a amazing job and being a natural really shows comment and dedication to the craft.....keep up the good work. You don't have a facebook page do you?

  • I'm a fan!!! Good stuff Tuan!! I'm just starting out on my journey and your videos really help out a lot. You don't have a facebook page do you?

  • Hi Tuan! I'm a Filipino. I worked in Vietnam last year in Ho Chi Minh City. Vietnamese are great and they're so friendly. A lot of names same like yours but just different pronunciation right? Anyway I got a question for you my friend. I'm 26 yrs. old and i'm also a bodybuilder for almost 2 yrs but until now my arms are still not getting bigger. Could you please help me? What is the right program to gain muscle. I'm so thankful for your response... God bless you.

  • you're a Vietnamese aren't you?

  • @navs1984 yes

  • Viet Pride Baby

  • is it ok if will take amino acid? i will go for my first time in working out next week? thanks man!

  • I would like to go for workout nextweek...is it ok if i go directly in using amino acids? thanks man!...

  • the song at the end is Inner Light/Shocking Lemon, took me ages to find, its also from hajime no ippo, such a good song

  • You are nex!

  • Wow epic. I'm so glad you watch Hajime no Ippo.

  • I've seen you at UH gym before. Good to see how you have progressed! Keep up the great work!

  • Quite a personal question, but are you on steroids!? Look cut though

  • Damn man, you are a TOTAL stud. Will watch your other vids once I stop drooling.

  • Tuan you are amazing, In enjoy so much your vids.I am dreaming to join you at the gym at least once in my life. You have such a great personality. I respect very much what you r doing.

  • Natural ??

  • only off season natural, bodybuilders who join a drug testing contest stop using steriods for about 2-3 mos. there is a time detection period there are roids stay only for 3days, some 2 mos. he is natural men. probably on stage he is already clean

  • You make Goku cry.

  • amazing physique! inspirational and natural dude. totally motivational, thanks.

by the way, i can't believe the negative shit some people say on these vids....just know that they're probably jealous, bald and fat sitting on their computer at 4am ;)

  • r-i-p-p-e-d in every pic bro, well done!

  • Hey Tuan,

This is great to see, man! I'm Viet and really surprised to see a Vietnamese dude so jacked! Nice body, lots of symmetry and that's really important--because those huge guys like Ron Coleman just look like mutants. But hey, he's won tons so eh. Anyway, awesome to see you doing your thing! Keep at it, bro.

And you look a lot taller than 5'7"-5'8". I need to hit the gym more often.

  • @soul4tran well fuck off back home then

  • BANKAI lol XD dats mah nigga

  • lol.

  • The Wild is obviously someone's who's jealous, haha. Too bad for you mate.

I do like to watch these vids, I think Tuan's got a great physique. Nothing wrong with a bit of showoff, this is bodybuilding anyway, posing!

  • hi tuan, kool vid, nice to c how u hav changed and became pro so fast! i workout for the look and mostly the rush n enjoyment.. i take whey protein and ofcourse try and hold a decent diet but is there any supplement that you would recomend mate? i would really appreciate some of your advice!!

..also, i am the same height and weight as you in 06...if i end up half as cut as u in 3 years time ill count myself lucky..

best of luck for muscle mania!!

  • He puts the warning on there because people have tried to pose as him, talk major shit about him, and spread lies about his training. I'm sure you can imagine how much that would piss him off, both as a pro natural athlete and as a person.

  • you like bleach and ippo no haijme?

i really like your 2008 pics, your quads are a lot more massiv than before and your tri and biceps are awesome! perfect physique. i hope we can see more of you this year. good luck!

  • do u take any protein powder and supplements to get the result

  • yes

  • wht supplments do u take ?

  • hey tuan what is your opinion on weight belts ? and when to use them?

  • they are fine as long as people understand when to use them. they are there to provide extra support for your core, BUT ONLY FOR HEAVY LIFTING (like squats, deadlifts 5 reps or less). like anything, the more you body uses a support tool, the more you are handicaped without it because you gore depends too much on it

  • Is that the Bleach Theme?!?!?!

  • yes

  • Hi Tuan, hope you are doing well, thanks for all your help. It helps motivate us a lot.

I had a question for you, if you don't mind.

What do you think about Novedex XT by Gaspari Nutrition. The reviews are quite outstanding, but I would like your unbiased opinion. Have you had a chance to try it out and how were the results ?

    Thanks once again, Bro.

  • cant really give you an answer, never tried it.

  • I tell people I am all natural but of course they don't believe me. How do you prove to people you are indeed all natural without taking those expensive tests?

  • all i can say is that my actions speak on my behalf. i have competed in so many different all natural powerlifting and bodybuilding federations and each has its own way testing. also, i have my pic. in my year book when i was 14. main thing, dont worry about others too much for they will always have doubt. hell, i competed in half a dozen all natural federations and people still doubt me. just keep moving forward and in time your actions will speak volumes vs their doubt

  • Impressive.

Do you find natural body builders must train differently from those who use steroids?

Do you have a summary of your routine and nutrition programme?

    thanks

  • don't worry about what they think. people will think you're juicing even if you whip out a clean drug test. it's just their way of bringing you down a notch in their minds so they feel less inadequate.

  • the strongest upper muscles i have are the ones that aare located under the armpit, and strected down to half way ribcage. (swimers most important muscles.

anything i should be looking out?

  • im a 5 9 / 10 Swimmer..

Alot of people are telling me to stop swimming and workout ...

Can i work out like this a swim? or will it strecth my muscles badly?

heard that bodybuilding, clamps muscle strings togather in order to faten up..

so can you please give me a time limit of getting puffed.

like, 4 hours a day, how much sleep, how much food, and e.t.c

    im 15 but i eat like 8 9 meals a day.

im 172 pounds, and am fairly wide.

  • too much cardio limits your ability to put on muscle. i was a swimmer for 13 years and when i started lifting i could really only put on muscle weight in the off season

  • so....

but, i need chest, ARM, Stomach(abs), thighs (all of the parts)

    Ino order to become faster...

I need my chest muscles for FLY/breast

I need my arms, for free, and back

i need my thighs, for kicking, breast stroke kick

I need stomach (LOWER) for dolphine kick, and free kcik...

what am i supposed to do?

  • Interesting.

I used to be a competitive swimmer for 9 years, until I turned my interest in bodybuilding. And, of course, I had to deal with things outside the pool, such as nutrition, rest, and.....physical training in the gym.

The training in the gym, perhaps your swim coach already told you, is not heavy lifting, but instead STRENGTH training. you should focus on lighter weights and higher reps, and ab work is just as important.

  • I suggest you doing bench 3 sets of 12-15 reps about half the weight of your 1 rep max for your pectorals. Do lat pull downs 3 sets of 12-15 reps, same thing. You should do squats 3 sets of 12-15 reps, again, same thing. And, finally, you should do 3 sets of situps for some ab work. So, basically, you focus on major muscle groups (no need to train arms as they're already being trained in bench-triceps/lat pulldowns-biceps.

Hope this helps and good luck!!!

  • @TrueDiligence i suggest you shut the fuck up

  • @Abdelrahman1993 work it out for yourself you pratt

  • Comment removed

  • 2:28 i loled he does look like he is charging for a super move.

On a more serious note this guy has some of the best abs/chest/tris and shredded shoulders i have seen.

One pose that wows me is his side chest

2:46-2:55 wow how many pros have that much differentail between their chest and their waist? maybe only shawn ray and arnold. very impressive.

  • one question: without being disrespectful but in 2007 musclemania, you look soft. why is that(water retention or high bodyfat)???

  • water retention. it takes time to figure out how to pull out the water from the skin so your can look shaper. also, my carbs were too low, meaning should have carb up more to fill me out further. but i did a better job in 2008

  • you should post what you do for diet...sorry if you have alredy...love your vids your an inspiration to all natural bodybuilding.

  • OMG SUPER SAYIAN

  • Bleach an Hajime no Ippo ^^

  • you are a manga fan, right? ^^

  • yes. but i watch the anime

  • tuan tran lol do you can speak vietnamese i am vietnamese too my name is tony tran :D can you tell me something about your diet? or cardio training?

  • Your body was perfect proportion 2007 imo. Absolutely nuts that you gained 10 pounds of muscle in a year though considering how big you already were.

  • i only gained 7 lbs. 168 to 175. but alot of hard work still. always trying to move forward

  • nice arms and chest!

  • What happened to your ankle? Just curious.

  • nothing, just part of the act

  • Hey Tuan, i'm just wondering what kind of supplements do you take weekly? Besides the obvious stuff like protein shake and creatine. What other kind of stuff do you highly recommend that can greatly built more muscles.

    Thanks

  • Hey tuan, i'm just wondering what kind of supplements to you take weekly? Besides the obvious stuff like protein shake and creatine. What other stuff do you highly recommend that can really help me built more muscles? Thanks

  • you are so full of muscle. hope you can visit here in the philippines

  • 3:48 is fu*kin awesome. Tuan u rock dude.

  • thanks for the support

  • Hey Tuan, i'm just wondering what kind of supplements do you take weekly? Besides the obvious stuff like protein shake and creatine. What other kind of stuff do you highly recommend that can greatly built more muscles.

    Thanks

  • This man is incredible. Thanks from Spain

  • thanks for the comment

  • Great progress! What do you do for your triceps? I know that you are a strong advocate of "what works for me might not work for you because everyone is different" which i agree 100% on and respect you for but i would still like to know :)

Thank you and best of luck in your training!

  • tricep dips, diamond push ups, overhead cable extensions, close grip bench press are just a few. try doing 100 diamond push ups in a row. if you hit failure, count to 10 and keep doing this tell you get to 100. trust me, your triceps with feels like they are about to explode. thanks for the support

  • Thank you for your reply.

  • Just two years? You look great.

  • 2 years for bodybuilding yes, but remember, i have be training for 12 years total. most pre contest bodybuilding programs last from 3 to 4 months. you would be amazed how much can happen in that amount of time if one truly applied ones self. thanks for the comment and support.

  • hey tuan i was wondering, during your power lifting phase, which muscle groups you work each day. i was looking at the "workout plans" for some other body builders and i noticed all of them never worked the same muscle more than once a week.

  • normal power lifting phase, i have a push day, a pull day, squat day, and a support day. basically i do the bench press, squat, and deadlifts, then every other exercise is just to help make these lifts better. also, joint mobility and trigger point release help to keep my body in good health while i train. thanks for comment.

  • bleach 3 intro was a beast song to choose.... u should use those muscles to tricking like i do

  • Haha Ichirin No Hana, <3 the dorkness. I actually listen to this when I work out too lol.

How long have you been bodybuilding?

  • 2 years, and yeah, i listen to it too while working out. also bleach is a great anime

  • yes, dibififi is a stealing my identity.

  • i reported his profile twice, i can't believe how much bullshit someone can write. dibififi is such an idiot...
