When things go wrong (whether for myself, or those I'm close to) I often react really badly! This includes using foul language. Thing is, I can go for days on end without doing this. But it is a weakness. Sometimes I feel that I'm going to get angry about what I'm about to see in the news. And that's BEFORE I've even switched the TV on! When I've prayed before seeing the news, I've found that I remain calm and it's far easier not to judge.! God Bless You.
