i seen rednecks drag deer with a 4 wheeler and also seen field dressed deer but never a chainsaw i bet it is alot easier to load i love the idea fu*k loading that heavy azz animal just cut what you want and leave the rest for the wildlife to eat
dude who cares how you do it? That's how he does it, is that not ok with you Mr. Professional? Perhaps he hasn't sectioned 4700 different moose as apparently only you have. Perhaps one day we'll all be as good as you at everything you do and then you won't need to go around criticizing everyone. Will you be happy then? BITCH.
@porchfinder lazy and messy? why please explain how it is lazy? you ned to get educated butt fuck put up a vid of you dressing a moose just as fast or beter than him than maybe just maybe you mght have a right to say sumthing untill then suck a fat moose cock bitch
no, you use a new chain saw, usually one of those 100.00 specials with a 16" to 18" bar and a 32cc engine. You don't want one that has had bar lube or any petroleum based lube in it as that would taint the meat. Just use vegetable oil or corn oil in the oiler reservoir.
Moose are big deer. (Biggest of the species, they are "Alces alces") They taste like deer too, they are vension. I find it to be tougher, and a bit more..."potent."
I am not cracked in the head, work on different analogies to prove your points or to specify suspicions. Grammar please, it's hard to read your attempts at writing. Good Day.
I work with chainsaws everyday. If done properly with vegetable oil as stated and using a clean saw you would NOT contaminate the meat in any way. Skilled saw operators can make detailed works of art with chains saws so I'm pretty sure you wouldn't ruin any meat if your careful.
I am sorry, but to me using a chainsaw like that is irresponsible. I can understand cutting the hip bone, but taking down the back like that!?!? I understand that you were using veg oil, but was that the only oil you have run through that saw?
I am sorry, but I disagree with how you cut up the moose.
nothing wrong with this really. it is just a quicker way to do it, and many people are very skilled with chainsaws, you should look up some carvings made with just chainsaws, it is quite amazing.
The bar lube had been replaced with vegetable oil. The saw was only used to cut the ribs from the spine and the lower leg off each ham. No meat was ruined....its simply a way of getting the job done faster.
Most chainsaw's I am aware of need to have bar oil applied to the actual chain. This would come off all over the meat, I would not want to eat that. Plus a chainsaw is just going to mangle your meat. I would say this is a good example of what not to do!
thats gonna be a pain to clean the chain

Bring an experienced hunter next time. Use a sharp knife. I could do that with a knife just as fast as you did with that chainsaw. Seriously.

I just don't like how they did this. Great idea. I would try to us some other type of blade or saw first before I used a chainsaw...
