Go onto GameFAQs, you can get a hacked account with all armours and weapons (well, all the good ones) and not even have got to HR1

i think you get flabby hide from khenzu but im not 100% sure

i think you need to kill hr 4 and + monster to get that..

Khezu hide (Tan) - Most likely G-Rank Khezu.

Flabby hide+ - It should be G-Rank Red Khezu.

Monster bone+ - Maybe G-Rank wyverns but I get them from Mysterious Kut-Ku download quest.

I don't cheat myself, but I would imagine that you need a homebrew firmware in order to use Cheatmaster. If you have always used the official PSP updates then you probably can't use it. I could be wrong though.
