Ya, when I first saw T&EGJ I thought it was the dumbest, most un-funny show I ever saw. After watching a couple episodes though, I realized it's comedic genius wrapped in a veil of absurdity. Just watch a few episodes, though... you probably don't have a long attention span there weedboy.

I saw Tom Goes to the Mayor after watching like, 4 seasons of Tim and Eric, and I totally think Tim and Eric is such an improvement. Tom Goes to the Mayor just didn't take it to the next level like Tim and Eric. It's genius. They are just so unbelievably original and funny. Anyways, I hope they do better things, not so much bigger, cause look at Zach Galifianakis in Hangover. Terrible movie. He even jokes about how bad that movie was, but he just needed the money, lol.

Meh. I don't know if you're comparing it to only the comedies of 2009, cause in that case, yeah, they're mostly all shit, but Hangover wasn't an exception. I went in, knowing I love Galifiankis, and Ed Helms' character from The Office, but the other characters were duds, and the jokes just kind of fell flat too often. Just my opinion.
