  • Eggs have received a bad rep. I eat at least two dozen eggs a week. I have had my chlesterol level checked several times by my doctor and he noticed only a SLIGHT increase but absolutely nothing to be concerned about. Eggs, including their yolk, are an inexpensive whole food, and a good source of valuable protein.

  • @albamadea I think better you don't eat the yellow part.
