that panam engine is actually a gp 40 high nose which was purchased from norfolk southern

thats the first i have seen a painted panam gp 9 so i looked up and it is engine 370

the engine is at 6:13

No, I don't think the Downeaster goes through Melrose if it leaves Boston on the Lowell Line.

At this time max speed is 79 mph, commonly reached going over the marshes.

most of the time the downeaster has on p42 on the front and a F40PH on the back this has been happening

Yeah, I heard one of the F40PH NPCU's in Albany getting fixed. I've seen the F40PH switch ends with the P42 alot lately too.
