Lost or stolen can mean if the cbi think they were illigally taken out of the country then brought back in, not just lost or stolen within the country.

Dont buy old or new iraqi dinar notes because they can be deemed as lost or stolen and confiscated by the bank of iraq (cbi), if they are perforated, written on, or have adhesive stuck to them again they can be confiscated by the cbi
