Secondly, although the scooter drive didn't look when changing lanes AND slowed down after seeing something behind him... at least he ran to the shoulder as soon as he could, in order not to get run over.
@shawnchong It wasn't a police car, and the guy on the scooter, clearly got up and was walking around and moving his bike, so he was likely not injured, and how do you know he wasn't saying "are you ok?" when he walked back over to him? and what makes you think he didn't attempt to slow down much? he braked so hard you could hear his tyres screeching!
thats why you cant overtake on the right side in germany. This is what can happen. On the Autobahn u can drive as fast as u want on some parts, but there are still less accidents (in percentage) than in US or other cuntrys, wich dont have this rule.
