  • Beautiful.

"Great" seems too trivial a word to describe Cohen and especially this SUBLIME song.

  • If you need to ask ...

  • Can anybody translate into spanish what Leonard says at the beginning?

  • :) un bel vecchietto !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I just really love LC. each song has its specialness (is that a word?) I just hope I can be as young as he is when I get to his age. I guess I'm at that "kid with a crazy dream" stage. It's good to know it's ok to have a few "cracks" to let the light in.

  • Just saw this concert in Oakland, California, 9 months after the Dublin concert.

the lead up chat was exactly the same, and just as beautiful.

wonderful song, wonderful man. See this tour if you can.

many people have said its the best gig they ever seen.

  • My mom said the same thing. She loves him. Leonard Cohen is a wonderful man.~

  • I was at the 10 Feb 09 show in Melbourne's Rod Laver. Great show.

  • Oh, yeah. He used the same comments - word for word.

  • I was there on 28 Jan 09 in the Sydney Entertainment Centre ... huge venue ... seemed to me the entire audience was rapt ... the concert was wonderful, amazing, fantastic, super, brilliant.

So many people who appreciate his music so much.

  • Just saw him last night in the O2 Arena in London.

    WOW. He enchanted 20,000 people.

Kudos to you for including the intro.

  • Why the hell people are wandering around like on a train station during this propthetic song? Remind me how much they love LC and much they paid for the ticket, around $160? In more attentive and thoughful audience people broke in auplause at the words, "When the killers in high places say their prayers out loud", but here they just to busy chewing and gulping.

  • @lakedolfin I was at that concert. The tickets were closer to $115.

  • three thumbs up for including his introduction.

  • It's a very common experience in Ireland. Spend a hundred euro to go see a concert and then spend half the show qeueing for beer and toilets and annoying the people who actually want to enjoy the music.

  • I was at this gig (not such great seats). Still the most incredible gig I've ever been to. When he was doing his poetry it was like religious experience....you could have heard a pin drop. Im glad I got to see him live. I'd given up all hope.

  • drove eleven hours from new york city to Toronto to see him. what a show! best I've ever seen and I've seem many.

  • fabulous video but what is this with all the people just wandering about...must be the outside venue..sort of distracting..however, NOTHING can distract from Leonard!

  • Yes it was an outdoor venue with 12,000 fans listening and others wandering to the toilet or bar — not the ideal venue for listening to Leonard but it's probably the only chance we'll get again in Ireland. Glad you like the video!

  • awesome video!!!! you had great seats!!!!!!!!!
