the song itself has never been released for sale it was produced purely for the programme.

I do however have the full version that i recorded in the studio.

but i have signed a contract never to let anyone have the song for legal reasons. Sorry.

IMO I think Disney might care but they obviously don't care about their viewers anymore after butchering up Phineas and Ferb (wrong credits on all B episodes and some fake fading instead of clean endings) so yeah, if Disney did not like it, I wouldn't really care.
