When each finger picks up, it comes back down in a kind of sweeping motion that gives it a digga-digga-digga sound. You can hear it on other songs from his solo stuff. The only thing that I hate about Billy Sheehan is his freaking sound. I hate that muddy, kind of phased sound that he has.
