this tornado is realistic. But it should have more dust and the texture of the tornado itself doesn't looks like clouds...

Photoshop to clean up the background image some.

Love the lighting effect with the lightning strikes. and the environment is very well done. Though the mistake alot of people do with Tornado animations is that they make the tornado spin too fast. Yes the winds are strong, but there's still a wide area to covera. If you look at videos of tornadoes, they almost seem to spin slowly even though they have 300 to 500 km/h winds.

Most tornadoes actually have winds between 100 and 160 km/h. 300 to 500 km/h winds would be in the range of the strongest 1% of tornadoes. The rotation seems accurate to me for a small but strong tornado.
