unbelievable. I'm an amateur. a huge amateur, who probly concentrates way too much on consecutive hacks (rec. 1620) than tricks. this has inspired me to learn as many as I can. and incidentally, how do you kick it back over your head from behind you after a toe stall?

Hi there! :) I'm the one who filmed that video and I am definitively not as good as those guys on the video. But I happen to know that very trick. Unfortunately there's no magic behind that, but some plain training. You will want to angle your foot towards your shin and and try a smooth, round movement and release by angling your knee. Uh. Hard to describe. xD

For any of my viewers not being familiar with footbag stuff: The guy on this video is actually not just jumping around randomly, but is frequently kicking a small ball with his feet, legs and/or other parts of his body. That ball can barely be seen on the video due to framerate issues. ;P
