Thor will take them both, although it may have some competition on the DC side with Green Lantern...maybe. If not, next year Batman will dominate as usual and the others won't even be a memory. As for X-men first class, despite the fact that only one of the "founding five" so to speak is in the movie, which doesn' t make sense as an origin of the x-men, the trailer looks great and I'm kind of excited to see it.

The reason people say it looks like a track suit is because of the red lines going down the thighs. I wish they would use a costume from comic continuity, instead of just randomly changing the look.

My gripe with the Thor trailer was it didn't show us anything new. With the trailers already out I'm really excited about Thor. The Capt. was kind of disappointing. Right now i don't have a solid opinion i'll wait for the trailer, but they definatly could have done better on that one.

I would say they both fall way short of TF3. I would say both Thor and Cap will be around $200-$250 domestic as they dont really have the appeal of Iron Man. TF 3 should fail but this is the American consumer were talking about. 320-375 domestic easily. As far as WW total I would say Cap = 350-400, Thor = 600, TF3 = 800+.
@sylentknyte Don't have the appeal of Iron Man? Before Iron Man came out everyone said it wouldn't do well cuz Iron Man doesn't have the appeal of someone like Spider-man.

A movie about a thrill seeking Billionare who creates a suit of armour to fight crime is a lot more appealing then the concepts of Thor or Cap to the average joe. Now I think both will do better then the Hulk movie. Internationally Thor will do better then Iron Man while Cap will suffer.
