Guys, I really hate to tell you this, but NONE of these machines are made here in the US thanks to the Democrats & NAFTA. Brp is based in Valcourt but the atv's & sxs's are assembled in mexico, just like polaris. Cat parts are shipped in from japan (engine), snd China and only final assembly is done in Minnesota.

60% of the weight is in the back 40% in the front. Yea that sounds centered to me.

I want to see 20 drag races, not 1. One race proves nothing. Do 20 and see which machine wins the majority. I don't expect the Cat to be the fastest because it's just bigger, but race them in 2 foot deep whoops and see who wins. I have a feeling the Commander wouldn't do well in that case.

@WAYSIDER0 They are made in mexico. Sad truth. 2009 was the last year Polaris was made in USA.

@BionicleArm The polaris plant is in Roseau, MN and has been working 24 hrs a day since the middle of the summer. The Arctic Cat plant is in Thief River Falls, MN and has been turning out the Wildcat since the first part of Dec for the dealers and now is in full Wildcat production.

@renegade800beatsall the wild cat has 78 they upped the hp just for the wild cat, this number was detuned from 95hp and the polaris is 88 at the crank while arctic is 78 at the wheels and if you examine closely youll se while the polaris wins in 2wd, the engine on the polaris is placed right above the rear wheels where the wildcats is centered to achive balance, all arcticcat have the motor centrally balanced where as all or most polaris have the weight on the rear wheels,

@renegade800beatsall what i said in my previeous comment also explains why polaris's usually out pull the articcat is 2wd but when they both put it in 4wd the arcticcat will over come the polaris (not always the case tho)
