  • Let me tell you guys, this workout was on Charter on Demand, and i clicked it, jeez, it got me in shape after a week, it really works. Just stay dedicated, and it will happen to you. Anyway, it went off Charter on Demand, and there was no workout like this..here i am on youtube looking it up, and it's here, i'm so happy. Time to get back in shape for the summer

  • You can do something similar to this but with more toning technique and at a faster pace at Club Energize TV. And it has more of a real workout class feel.

  • sorry nothing beats strait up combos going forward and backwards 20 yards 2hit combo to and back , then 3 hit combo then 4 and then mix up diff kinds of punches.

  • If you look on my videos one is me on the bag for 1/2 hour.One is of me boxing in 1983 when I was in the army I am the welterweight fight.

  • these workouts might be good for a young kid or something but this is nowhere near the amount of conditioning and working out you need to be a great kickboxer, im speaking of course about if you wanna do competitions. You need alot of cardio and speed training n even weight training to be in shape for kickboxing. this is more for people who just want to be able to defend themselves or as a hobby. they focus more on techniques then conditioning

  • @sohatul kickboxing is a sport/martial art, whatever you prefer, mma is mixed martial arts, mixing ground grappling, throws, and standup striking.

  • Hey guys! whats up?? soo I need a little advice... im 16 years, 5/4 and I weigh 200 pounds... I have tried everything but I just get bored and i get mad at myself for not sticking with it... I want to take kickboxing classes but I am not sure what places are good, please some advice on places that can help me??please I need all the help I can get because I want to fit into a pretty prom dres..I dont want to fell bad about myself in a day where I should be happy!! please give me some advice!

  • @hotashell112 Just Google a Muay Thai or kickboxing place around your town. Check in on them and watch classes and decide for yourself if you want to join them. Stick to a balanced diet and try to put in at least 3 days a week of exercise.

  • @beatchica: this is NOT an ACTUAL MMA conditioning workout... *shakes head.... this is a cardio kickboxing workout.... O and I guess Tae Bo is a fighters work out as well?

  • This is probably the easy part or else it's too easy.I've seen people train much tougher workouts then this and I tried a couple of crazy workouts.

  • This workout is a KILLER... Just doing the basic workout was tough! I love this though... It reminds me of when took kung fu for a little bit.

  • I've adapted my own sort of pressup. Really helps my back leg muscles, and tricepts. Lift alternate legs each pressup, clap hands as you spring up 15 for each leg. That's part of my killer workout.

    If you are a person that is actually interested in the real art and sport of kickboxing and not some watered down cardio version. This is DVD is the real deal.

  • @beatchica this is good workout but not good for fight training,eg at 2:50 this is the worst thing to do in a fight...you will step into a knee to the chin...fight over...
