I think it's rather idiotic to say that all Americans are stupid such that has been implied. There are plenty of good, smart Americans. May it be that, yes, there are also some 'retarded' Americans, but it's wrong to generalize a race like that. It ruins the credibility that some of them truly deserve. If you have a hand mixer, you should put it on high in order to mix the egg whites into stiff peaks- which means that if you lift your mixer, the peaks wobble but don't fall.

@HinataYuri Sometimes the sifter is the only tool for the job. Put cake flour in a food processor and you might make a good looking ghost.
