Good demo of the over/under method. I always start with the male end cause that's where you unplug from the source, and wrap to the female. Then when your done just plug the ends together and wrap with a Velcro tie. You know the female was always your last wrap.

Ive found the over over method works best and is the quickest for power cables. Audio cables and Video cables I wrap over under.
