I cant wait to watch this film!!! I know it will affect me on different levels, and thats the highest accolade you could give to any film. The very fact its getting a lot of negative press about its unrelenting subject matter and questionable content means its affecting the people who see it. Von Tier knows what the fuck he is doing!!!!

This movie looks amazing... I'm in America unfortunately and cannot find any information about this movie except that it gets its' theatrical release on October 23rd... Does anyone know when it will be released on DVD... I doubt it will show on any theaters here since American cinema tends to suck.

You can't simply call a film "pure filth" on account of its subject matter. The idea behind fims is to portray a message and an opinion. For all you know, MJenner, the director and writer might have the same opinion as you, but is bringing it to public attention. Try not to be so narrow minded.

if you are able to detach yourself from the violence, there is much more to the film below the surface. In its rawest form it is an exploitation film. Most people will view it as such. The real argument is, what the hell is the message? That's what's tough to figure out. The director wrote and directed the film while he was suffering from depression, and the film is an expression of the doomed nature of humans.

Hi im from chorley (about a hour away from manchester) and im going up to manchester on thursday to see this film. You cant see it in any cinemas in my nearest town (preston) i think the council banned it.

Well yeh a lot of the film is very graphic i couldent watch certain parts of it but i think if people want to watch the film they should be able to. At the end of the day its up to peoples personal choice you know what i mean if they want to pay to watch the film they should be able to. In britain cencorship of films has calmed down a lot since the 1980s this film was released uncut at the cinema i saw it but you can only see it in certain small arthouse cinemas which is fair enough.
