I remember a couple years ago me and some buddies built a snow ramp in the middle of the road, ice the ramp, and put tons of soft snow on the other side. Unsuspecting cars would come down the road go up the slight incline thinking nothing of it and just drop off into the soft stuff and just be stuck.

I don't think the guy should have lost his job, that was a bit severe,,,maybe a caution.
