Rudy is loved by the upper and middle class but there are some lower class folks that dont like him because he cleaned up NYC. There are winners and losers, and Rudy is a winner. Personally I like the trend he shows against abortion and would vote for him if he goes a little furthur against it.

I have mixed feelings about the whole debate.
Why should there be a debate that exclusively focuses on "Black Issues"? What is next? A debate for every racial and religious group in America? I am Native American. Where is the debate on "Our Issues"?
If the government is supposed to represent "Americans", then it shouldn't focus on any one group. Instead, all groups should be represented equally.
I can't stand Rudy, but I also don't blame him for not catering to special interest groups.

My culture is AMERICAN. My grandmother, who was raised on a reservation, assimilated into American society and never used her race to benefit herself. I was taught the same. I don't want a forum for my culture, and I don't want a debate for Native American issues. It only serves to increase the division between races.

FYI -- Hitler and his sympathizers were Christian and really were anti Jewish. They killed lots of them. Being anti Jewish was way more common among Christians back then than it was among Muslims who were much more tolerant. That all changed when the state of Israel was founded and Arabs in Palestine lost land and rights.
