the animation and coordination is very good, did you import AVI footage and then reduce it to individual frames and animate motion in each frame?

I have a program called Poser 4 that allowed me to import the video, and animate the keyframes for the 3D figure overtop of it. Poser 4 isn't great animating with, I was still learning it at the time, but haven't used it in a long time now. Jeeze, I think they're up to Poser 7 now I think :O
