PLEASE! Be VERY careful if you're considering Romania! We were told that the corruption had been "cleaned up", and after spending tens of thousands of dollars, found out every class was "you-pay-you-pass". And they FORCE you into that position. You can't access information/textbooks, but "if you're lucky" the instructor is writing one that they will sell to you for top dollar right before the finals. Completely unaccountable & corrupt. Don't take them at their word and DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
