It looks like a good game but the animation they look like pencils I still want but i'll rather play their songs on a real guitar than a plastic thing. I have Guitar Hero and I do play guitar but mine broke so I want a bass for Christmas because Paul's my favorite Beatle and it's easy to play bass than guitar. And i kinda don't want it because Strawberry Fields Forever is not on it and thats one of my favorite Beatle songs. And don't kill me but i'm scared of the song I am the walraus

If I'm not mistaken, they have the lead guitar sequence wrong for daytripper. If you listen to the song (or can play it), the third note on the red,yellow,blue little triple thing is actually a pull-off, not (what it looks like) a hammer on or even a higher note than the previous one.

hey idiot. have u ever played guitar. thats pretty much how your fingers move in the song on real guitar. there actually trying to make it realistic.

in case you didn't kno, there are six strings on a guitar, that means the little colored buttons are just random anythings that don't have to go up just because the notes go up. gaaaaa, don't criticize something you don't know about.

You're a dumbass. People aren't gonna buy the Beatles for hard charts. They're gonna buy it because they're fans of the band and music, and the songs are already enjoyable! Games like GH Metallica, Van Valen and Smash Hits are for elitists that CRAVE harder charts, regardless if they love the songs or not. What's the point of buying a game with music you hardly listen/know JUST for the charts? Unless you're one of those nubs that play, record and post their runs on Youtube, then you have issues.

Everyone disses Rock Band saying that there is no realism to it. Well first of all, I have my Rock Band hooked up to a projector and big speakers, it projects onto a screen right in front of my real drum set. I put it on practice mode and play what's on the screen on my drum set. It works, it is real. The guitar may not be as real, but it can get kids the feeling of rythm and to do two different things with there hands at once. And now the greatest band of all time is on rock band.

I love The Beatles and I am so excited that they are making a game with their songs on it. The only thing that I wish they would have done was include more songs from their early days like Twist and Shout, Roll over Bethoven, and P.S. I love you. I am a fan of all The Beatles music and realize that the full track list is not yet released, but I think that a lot of their older music, especially stuff from their first three or four albums would be better suited for a game like Rock Band.

im not gonna play it cause i play a real guitar, but i think its great. the last 3 generations don't have any appreciation for the beatles. this is a way to introduce them to what i believe is the greatest band ever.

look at what guitar hero has done for an appreciation of classic rock. don't you think any artistic downfalls are more than made up for by exposing people to great music?

you know if you think about it rockband hasnt done any other band games like they have rockband 1 and 2 but their not based on any particular band so i think its awesome that they chose the beatles first hopefully they make a rolling stones rockband now i am a true beatles and stones fan and i cant wait for this game!!!

rock band is def better. gh is going way downhill. and i think its stupid that beatles wont be able to be playable on rb2. abbey road full album comes out for beatles games also and wont be playable on rb2 either

Rock Band 2 is just a game, not a median to play songs with. Open your disk tray for once and put in a new game.

i do play other games, but if its a music game like this, would you want take the time to switch discs casue you feel like playing beatles, and then you feel like playing some metal, so then you have to switch discs again. they should be able to export like the other rock band games so all the songs are on one disc

Hey pivot1022 you CAN'T play Beatles songs on other Rock Band games. If you buy full Beatles albums or single songs you can't play them on Rock Band 2 and you can't play other songs from different musicians that you bought into the Beatles Rock Band game. So no need to worry. :)

This is how you make a band game, unlike guitar hero's half-assed games that come out every other month. Hamonix went all-out on this game and included everything that any fan could've wished for, including me! This game is a definite buy, while Guitar Hero will be a rental (if even that). It's a shame that GH got Van Halen because they will fill that game with shitty "guest acts" that nobody wants to play. Oh well, here's hopes that Harmonix does an AC/DC full-game after da Walmart contract
