if your going to put ergo clips in teach them how to use them, without the correct technique rowing is incredibly dangerous to your back and knee joints.

@1brothad crunches too huh...since they are sit ups with "bad form"...you don't understand what kipping pull ups are for, they are not to "cheat" they are done in that manner to work the entire body as opposed to strict pull ups which work mainly your back and arms only.
No, I understand exactly what kipping is for. Also, crunches are not "situps with bad form." Thanks for implying that, though, I appreciate you demonstrating your lack of knowledge about fitness so that I don't have to. If you want to exercise more muscles then do a different exercise, there's no need to make it easier on your lats and arms by kipping to make it a "full body exercise," when it's really only reducing the work you have to do because of the momentum. Pls go.

@smashmouthrob I figured kipping/butterfly pullups were simply done to get more work done faster. You kip/bf them and you can do more versus traditional. The argument is really moot. Either you can do 5 strict pullups or 20 butterfly pullups, in the end you're still doing the same work IMO (muscle work wise, i mean)... both are important but i feel like developing dead hang pullups is critical before trying bf/kip pullups
Most of these women look pretty good. I guess crossfit is pretty well suited for women. For men however, getting big and bulky, I'd rather go with few reps and heavy weights.
