i just wish the mods would work on my computer. whenever i download them or example the money tree, i can find it in my files but it doesn't show up in the game can you help?
Thanks man, anyway i must say SC4 has some great limitations... the time has passed and 2004 is so far... They absolutely must make a new simcity. The would be a great additional game :D.

@aspec100 You must put files into plugins folder: documents/sc4/plugins and you must install if you download programs.
