  • Awesome thanks so much -I will give it a try!! Keep up the amazing work!

  • Hi Tami

Does Stampin Up still carry this glossy glaze? I could not find this in the catalogue love love love your card as always!

  • @ldrprn Thanks so much. Since this video's release a year and a half ago, the glassy glaze emboss powder has been discontinued. The good news is, I've tried this with clear emboss powder, and if you add an additional coat it comes out the same. Tami

  • LOVE your videos. :) Your enthusiasm is catchy!

  • @mrsengeseth Thanks so much!! Tami

  • Just found this vid today after watching your magic flower card. You are truly entertaining to listen to and watch. I really luv the idea of making the butterfly to look almost like fabric. And of course I am a flower freak!! Thanks so much for sharing this. I am definitely going to give this a try! O' btw! I feel sorry for your poor little ink pads.... lol! But at least they are luved because they are well used it seems! :o)

    Happy Scrappin'!

  • Respond to this video... her show is awesome

  • esta genial!!..porq no lo ponen en español??..y venden esa cortadora en mexico??

  • you know how you used the versamark ink pad before sprinkling the powder on? do you always have to do that before applying powder so it will stick or something? and what ink pads are you supposed to use for that?

by the way, GORGEOUS. so loving it! (:

    x.

  • @E21CA Thank you! Happy to inspire. Yes, you need the versamark ink pad for the emboss powder to stick (before melting). You can click the link in the video description for a list of all of the supplies used in the video and to order them thru my online store. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.

    Tami

  • @stampwithtami so is the versamark ink pad for the emboss powder to stick just normal ink? what colour is it supposed to be?

  • @E21CA Versamark is a special ink pad. It doesn't havea color. I have a TV series episode on embossing on my website. I'll message you the link YT won't let me post it here. This may help you.

  • Another great one...... will be trying this!!!

  • Gorgeous!

  • nice :) i love it

  • Very cool, love the colors too!

  • Gosh. Squeezing, crunching, crumbling, ripping, tearing, and it comes out beautiful. I bet whoever created the whole vintage/shabby chic thing had stress issues and simply found a constructive way to deal with them. No? Eh, maybe not.

  • @cbeaudot YES! I'm calling this my "stress relief" card hehehe. Who knew relieving tension could be so gorgeous?

  • what a fabulous techniques. I really love it.

  • @Meighen21 Thank you!!!!

  • Absolutely beautiful, Tami!

  • @japhyryder66 Thank you!!!

  • Love it TFS!

  • The Spritzer tool has an adjustment screw (you can see it in the video) and will fit other markers. Not sure how thick it will go, they'd have to fit into the barrell portion to work.

  • that's the UTEE crackle methode... like it! that spritzer tool, does it also works with thicker markers? or other markers?

  • That is a beautiful set...how long is the summer mini available for? ( i haven't gotten mine yet ) Another great project Tami :)

  • @Cath2891 Thanks! The Stampin Up Summer Mini runs thru August 31, 2010. You can check it out online on my site click on either CATALOGS or ORDER ONLINE > SUMMER MINI catalog. There is a special in May if you purchase the Elements of Style you get free brads. I'm running a series on the Elements of Style set on my blog this week. Enjoy!
