I think you should not kill the monkey. You should kill the 2 teddies and there is another 1. The last teddy that no one thinks about isnt possible to shoot at but it is possible to throw a grenade at. The last teddy is to the right of the Pack-a-Punch machine and you can only see its shadow but it is there, i have seen it in other videos but no one has attempted to solve the mystery by shooting it.

Actually no...Dr. Richtofen locked up Mr. Maxxis and Samantha in a teleporter and turned it on. Samantha turned into a ghost and her soul was in Der Riese and either Maxxis survived somehow and was impost to be on Map pack 4 or he died.
