  • I Love this Song.

  • the jailbreak albumn is so great

  • super chanson!!!et quelle solo ppfff......!!!!!!d'ailleurs comme cet album qui je pense est un des meilleur des années 70!!!!!

(je sais pas qui est la meuf mais c'est une pure bombe)

  • Why didn't this song make them famous? and why didn't they get as famous as they should have?

  • Thin Lizzy rule......rock and roll!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Great under rated Lizzy song!

  • wo thank you ladies great post

  • Thin lizzy is formidable

  • good song on the jailbreak albumn

  • gr8 vid thx m8

  • Really great smooth deep sound you got on this record trichoone. Great work and awesome pictures. I really like the solo lights bit. Thanks very much!

  • That girl is amazing

  • Today's bread, today? lol

    Thin Lizzy <3

  • Great little song, probably one of my favourite TLs. they play it on a bread advert in Ireland, nice to hear it again.

  • Hi again Trichoone-thank you again Trichoone!

  • Love the song but... who's the hot chick at 1:00?

    yubba yubba yubba!

  • best song ever

    i love thin lizzy

  • great song! its on the brennans ad too :S

  • This is my fave TL song ever.Only Philo could make a song about heartbreak sound happy.I love Phil so much BUT what was his problem with this song???He NEVER played it live.I can't understand why not when he was willing to play much inferior songs.Anyway I still love you Phil.

  • I miss that guy every single damn day. Rest in God's Peace, Philo.

  • one of my faves from them

    great video btw

  • addicted to this track !

  • pure rock came from ireland as u can hear

  • fucking great song!!!i wish phil was still with us..........

  • Gary Morre didn't play on Black Rose either - Snowy White was the guitarist with Scott Gorham.

  • Gary Moore did play on Black Rose, Snowy White was the guitarist on Chinatown and Renegade with Scott Gorham

  • Gary Moore did play on Black Rose

  • you can tell that that was from a record! old skool

  • cooooool but there is no gary moore on this album^^

  • one of thier best songs to me, just got a good beat and feel

  • Gary Moore is a guitar GOD!

He can play Hardrock, Rock and Blues and make it all so naturally.

Both Gary Moore and Thin Lizzy deserves 100000 times the fame they have!

  • Man I Dont Ever Forget About Gary Moore He was a Fucking Legend and Still Is I Love Gary Playing Parisian Walkways or Black Rose He is a Brilliant Guitarist !!!

  • Christ how much poorer are we without Phils music - thanks for what you gave us during the short time you were here Phil!

  • Don't look at the profile

  • Truly a legend, what I find interesting about the band is that a lot of the B-sides are better than tne A-side.Don't look at the profile

  • Search for'Pussy Fight Niall' or profile of 12InchTed, it's funny

  • First time i hear this song and immediately loved! Only Thin Lizzy can do that!

    Hi to the Lizzy's fans.

  • Jailbreak has so many great songs that didnt make the greatets hits like Romeo and The Lonely Girl, Search for'Pussy Fight Niall' or profile of 12InchTed, it's funny

  • Awesome song. Maybe my favourite thin lizzy song

  • ye whaat

  • whos the hot girl?

  • One of Phillo's and Lizzies forgotten classics

  • I Love Thin Lizzy There My Favorite Band Of All Time

  • My fav off of Jailbreak!!!! Best Lizzy lineup!!! Robbo & Gorham compliment one another so well

  • Why do people always forget about the legend that is gary moore? He was around insome of Lizzy's more experimental years.Don't look at the profile

  • I have nothing but love for Gary Moore!!!! Thats just my personal fav lineup. If you really want to make this an arugement we can throw in Eric Bell, Snowy White, John Sykes....and anyone else you want to mention.... what a hater

  • I'm talking Gary Moore in general like his solo albums collaborating with phil but I stand by the varying sounds of the earliest years were great, later on in Lizzy with Gorham and Robertson did not experiment as much because they came in to the band looking for a hard rock sound.Lynott said Lizzy got the heavier and the rest was put on to his 2 solo albums which is why they sound so different to the band. Search for'Pussy Fight Niall' or profile of 12InchTed, it's funny

  • yes, romeo and the lonely girl would make surfing u tube complete

  • This is my favorite Thin Lizzy song too. And my favorite quatrain. I'm a fool now that it's over Can you guess my name? I make my money singing songs about you It's my claim to fame

Perfect vocal from Phil Lynott. *Very* expressive. I love the guitar solo (1:40) and especially the note at 2:15 where Scott exits the guitar solo. Phil's great "na nas" at the end.

Was this *the* perfect band, or what?

  • Lizzy was the unalloyed essence of what was best in Rock 'n' Roll. Philip had more class and charisma in his left earlobe than any score of contemporary rock "artists."

Damn, but I miss that guy, and this band....

  • This is my favorite song by Thin Lizzy, this band is way under rated. Thanks for posting!

  • Tx for posting. love this song. phil was the greatest. rip

  • All I need now is Romeo and The Lonely Girl and my youtube surfing is complete ^^

Thanks again for the lovely song

  • thankyou --mmm Romeo and the lonely girl now there's a thought .

  • exactly ^^

  • No video yet then? ^^

    See? Im still interested!

  • i remember now give me a few day's my friend .

  • Oh yes, strangefish, Romeo & The Lonely Girl, an absolute pearl of a song with, for me at least, one of the best guitar solo's Robbo ever rolled off his fret board. Did they ever play it live I wonder?

    Chris

  • No,Scott Gorham did the solo!!!!!!!!

I had a 1976 version of "Romeo..." live in Cleveland.

Very different version...Too slow, but still brilliant.

You can hear the Gorham "tone"on that!

  • Another classic to add to my favs

thank you from the bottom of my heart for posting this ^^

  • Thin Lizzy were great. Phil Lynott was a star in his own right. What a tragedy that we've lost him. Thanks for all your videos, I'm going through them all.

  • thanks thats nice hope you find a few you like .

  • Excellent video - saw Thin Lizzy a couple of years ago a Nottingham's Rock City and they were fantastic despite Phil not being there. R.I.P. Phil - a great great musician sadly missed.

  • thanks it seems you have had a look through some of my vids glad you like a few - trichoone .

  • great song hope they play this in Dublin in December. LONG LIVE PHILO

  • 1 of my most favourite songs ever.Phil was a genius-heres he makes a song about utter dispair sound happy.I wonder why he never sang it live or why they never put this song in the greatest hits collection.tut.Love you 4ever Phil!xxx

  • Phillip was brilliant...In addition to having his own style. He could do Hendrix (Warriors) or Van Morrison (Running Back,Dancing in the moonlight). Never forget Philo.
