my combos are:

powerclip and maverick(or NF)

LS and NF

Crossbow and Maverick

btw i dont own all these guns (i got no LS or x Bow) but i would use those if i could, also my maverick are inredibly good (gets 80 angled with stefans) so they dont suck like other mavs

That's not the main reason, The main reason is that the plunger chamber well crack after a certain amount of time you dry fire it witch it really BAD!!!!

The Recon is not a good gun for outdoor warfare. Modded to the extreme, it only gets about 40 feet flat. Go with the longshot instead, modded it can get over 100 feet flat.
