This person should have been takin to court and had the book thrown at him. The someone should put him on a Control Stick and drag him around.

I work with dogs and there are times where I have to use a control stick. It's only to contol the dog. It doesnt hurt them in any kind of way. There are mouth gards on the control stick to protect the dogs mouth if he bites the stick. Its the best way to safely move a dog for them and the person.

none of you know the real scoop, this fool felix was on light duty and wasnt even suppose to be handling dogs, but was sent out to work in the field despite doctors orders, even though what he did was wrong it really wasnt his fault he was just doing what he was told
