This is sort of basic actually.

The text effect is pretty basic too.

Lens flare, and Rays -

And then he takes some

clip with airplanes and fire and combines it with

the clip. And probably adding a little effect on that aswell. Sony vegas for the win.

Look on youtube for text effect tutorials. The fire was the only thing not done with text and that was just green screened in. The fire was from a stock footage site search google for demofilms

it wasn't a 3rd party plugin. It was stock footage of an explosion in front of a green screen. Easy to do in Vegas.

The Fire was Chroma-keyed in. Find stock footage of explosions and muzzle flashes online and then use a youtube chroma tutorial.
