@zink444 Before you try to insult me, a student who went to NARS, look at the signal the train is approaching RED OVER GREEN a DIVERGING CLEAR. SO yes you can get a diverging clear on a single track if you are approaching a switch smart one.

@UP5853 Uh, I did some digging around on google maps. there is no switch that I could see. Search this and follow the tracks: "Carlsbad Village Station, Carlsbad, San Diego, California 92008, United States"

@steriogram007 Google is outdated. NCTD just finished double tracking up to Carlsbad Village Making CP Farr a crossover and extending a new track up to the new CP CARL where the train is diverging.
